Splinterlands - Are Rank Battles Easier?

In this post it is just my own opinion from what I have experience. It may not be true from someone else perspective. Bottom line take it with a grain of salt. So this start of the season in less than four days I am now in Gold III. This to me is an achievement in itself. However I will explain what I think is making this all possible.

Chaos Card Adds

Over the past few seasons I have steadily added Chao cards to my collection. I am specifically purchasing cards that I know are very useful in specific rule sets such as ones with Immunity ability.

Then there are cards that simply are able to enhance my deck.

In addition I am leveling up and maxing up some Chaos reward cards to supplement the new Chaos cards I added.

Splinterlands Stopping Bots?

The jest is Splinterlands are pro bot use but up to a certain point. If they see enough bad acts going it they will take action to slow down and even stop bots from taking any shortcuts. Splinterland developers are actively making the game fair. This has made rank battles more manageable from personal experience.

Conclusions

I am excited at the potential I can go with current progress I am having in the game. I am earning a little over 200 DEC in total for the rank battles and from a personal perspective this is an upgrade. I was earning less than 50 DEC daily in past seasons. Hopefully other players are having similar experience as I.

Damn congrats on steadily increasing the power of your cards! And thanks for the excellent advice on the specific cards you've mentioned. I got given a Forgotten One just recently and hoping that i'll get to use it soon.

I'm still stuck in the Bronze league so trying to get out myself. It is a damn chore indeed!

Good luck with the bronze league battles. I find that league to be dread awful both in game play and earning almost nothing...

Get a higher level summoner if possible to get you through the matches. Rental key summoners for a day to get through the ranks in lower leagues. Like rent a Zaku for a day.
