With the huge growth in participants in Splinterlands there will also be an increase in questions. Splinterlands was wise enough to roll out a website for all the support questions ranging from how the game is play to technical support. In this post we briefly go over the website.

Website GUI

At the top of the website if you sign in with your player's account you basically login to the game just like the normal website splinterlands.com. However in order to get to support page can be used without logging in.

For your info at the homepage of splinterlands.com scroll down to "community" text to link into the same support webpage.

At the homepage there are four links. The first two "Tech Support Article" and "FAQ" are general questions and answers for anyone to review. They appear to be some of the most common questions players may have. Questions such as how to get stuck funds. What are DEC and reward chests? I was surprise to learn that within DEC there is a link to see the present DEC pool reward.

I am now going to go through the site a bit more as I too am learning new things everyday.

The third link "submit a request" is mainly to be used if I am unable to find the answer from the first two links. The last one is "Join the conversation" for what appears to be a forum dedicated to Splinterlands. However it is not very active. In fact the last time it was used was two months ago. I personally believe discord is still the number one source for the game to interact with its participants instead of this community forum.

At the bottom of the web page is the most recent updates within the site listed for viewers convenience. As of this post the last time the website was updated appears to be four day ago.

Splinterland's Help Bot

Another neat feature on the front webpage is Splinterland's Support Bot. Although I have not tried it out it appears one call up a live person to chat. In general the bot seems to be focus on helping with people's questions regarding the setups or asset transfers.

Conclusions

There are so many different resources to help everyone from beginning to experts when it comes to Splinterlands. Today we got a chance to look over the supports webpage. Not very active but still another resource for participants to look at in their spare time to maybe be able to expand their knowledge of the game in many aspects besides the game itself.

Until next time thanks for reading!!!
