Splinterlands - Peakmonster's Compare Rental Prices
Almost near the end of every season I looked through my Splinterlands rentals to see if I can get more $ for doing the rentals. As the seasons pass the prices has trending down, while the demand for card rentals remain high.
In order for me to determine if I can earn more by adjusting my card rental prices I lean toward the use of Peakmonster's compare rental price tool.
Any amount that is at least 2x higher I tend to adjust the rental price accordingly. The goal is to maximize my yield while also be able to rent out the cards that I am putting in the market.
For instance the cards snapshot above are over 2x in DEC/day rental price. That means I am under valuing my rentals by a significant margin. The tool is easy to use and quick to review for all my rentals.
Not bragging, I have over 600 cards in the rental market, but to emphasize how much I use Peakmonsters in order to help me utilize my cards to the fullest. Whether it is setting up rentals or repricing the rentals Peakmonsters has streamline the process and making it very easy to use even with many cards.
Conclusions
There is not much I can do about the rental prices. It remains to be seen if there will be a bottoming coming for prices. Meanwhile the amount of cards being rented continues to rise. This is good for lenders in part they can always know there is demand for renting cards as long as prices are within a range.
