Splinterlands Art Contest: Week 214 - Cornealus

Today I am back again with a new character of splinterland after partaking in last week's contest. The thing is, every character of splinterland was designed special and each with their unique abilities. Here, I made a painting of a monster from the Untamed edition known as Cornealus.

This character is a large floating monster with strange magical powers. It was designed to have the ability to see anything in any direction even from long miles. Its orgin still remains unknown.

I actually started by deriving my own posture. After initiating it, I sketched it out and made a few adjustments till I was certified. Thereafter, I started adding colors. The background was the first focal point.

I used paint brush under traditional brush set and medium brush for detailing. Then I used smudge pen to blend the various colors to align.
