My misadventure

Yesterday I delegated 3 cards saying: "Be careful not to play them or I won't have the power for my daily mission!". The cards were not played, I took them back and was able to complete my mission with the power needed for Silver III.

When I went to get the rewards, the game said: × 2 Loot chests, then it just gave me a potion.

So I wrote to support saying that I received the reward for Bronze, not Silver and I was answered like this

At that point I asked for an additional mission because the problem was not mine but Splinterlands and the answer was this

How do I know if I have had my power for at least 24 hours? I need a warning but the game SAYS NOTHING.

So be careful to delegate as you may receive fewer rewards without knowing in advance.

Splinterlands ha deciso di bloccare il rent e la delega per le carte giocate da meno di 24 ore. Ma cosa succede se si delega una carta e, senza che sia giocata, la si riprende lo stesso giorno?

Ieri ho delegato 3 carte dicendo: "Attenzione a non giocarle oppure non avrò il power per la mia missione giornaliera!". Le carte non sono state giocate, le ho riprese e ho potuto conpletare la mia missione con il power necessario per Silver III.

Quando sono andato a prendere le ricompense, il gioco mi ha detto: ×2 Loot chests, poi mi ha dato solo jna pozione.

Allora ho scritto al supporto dicendogli di aver ricevuto la ricompensa per Bronze, non per Silver e mi è stato risposto in questo modo

A quel punto ho chiesto una missione aggiuntiva perché il problema non era mio, ma di Splinterlands e la risposta è stata questa

Come faccio io a sapere se possiedo il mio power da almeno 24 ore? Avrei bisogno di un avviso ma il gioco NON DICE NULLA.

Perciò attenzione a delegare perché potreste ricevere meno ricompense senza che possiate saperlo in anticipo.
