Splinterlands - Scales of Justice, Here is how to use it for high Mana cost Battle
Greetings to all the readers here,
I am back with another Splinterlands vlog for all of you. Today, I decided that I would keep battling until I won a match. So let us get started.
In the screenshot below, you can see that I had 50 power available, which means I could battle up to 50 times if my cards were capable of handling the fights.
The first battle came with a mana cost of 28, and my opponent had a higher rating than mine. My rating was 100, while my opponent’s rating was 260, as you can see in the screenshot below.
He was using the dragon summoner Thalgrimor, which is also my favorite summoner, so I knew it was going to be a tough battle.
In the screenshot below, you can see the battle lineup for both teams. Unfortunately for me, the rat monster placed in the first position by my opponent worked really well because of its high speed.
Due to this speed advantage, I was unable to attack that monster for most of the battle. After a few rounds, I ended up losing the match.

Now let us move on to the second battle. In the screenshot below, you can see that this battle started with the opponent using Aurelia as the summoner.
This time, I came in with a fire summoner. I was much more confident in this match because the mana cost was 48, and I planned to use speed as my main advantage.
In the screenshot below, you can already see that I had the upper hand because of the speed advantage. I placed a monster with 4 base speed in the first position.
On top of that, the plus 1 speed ability given by my summoner helped this monster dodge most of the enemy attacks throughout the battle.
Because of this strategy, I was able to survive until the final round, as you can see in the screenshot below. Finally, I won the battle, and it felt really good to secure a victory after losing the first match.
Now I need to win 4 more battles to earn my daily rewards. I am going to continue playing and try to win those remaining battles. I will share the rewards in another blog on a later day.
