First, I gathered all the necessary materials and cut them out with this special cartoon scissors I had collected from the store.

Then I drew a scale on the top of a 14×12 cm cardboard using a 2B pencil.

Here I have taken a special cardboard for making hand fan danty. It is very heavy and here I have folded the cardboard and tried to make it smooth and even.

Here I have cut another thin cardboard and designed the bottom part. So here we have prepared three cardboards.

Later, I have made this special cardboard attractive by adding colored paper and using B-7,000 glue.

This time I have prepared the fan here by wrapping it in dirty cardboard. Then I have designed it with colored paper using B-7000 glue. Then I have made this special design attractive by using blue colored paper again.

Then here I cut the crispy paper with scissors and unfolded the folds lengthwise.

Then here I have attached the crispy papers around the sides of the cake and have beautifully designed the two sides.

Then here we have attached the crispy papers by using glue in an attractive way on both sides. And later we are completing the design of making the fan. Then we have made this special flower by drawing it using a marker pen. And by arranging all the steps beautifully, we will go to the final step.
