• Onions

• 1 Seasoning cube

• After stirring for about a minute, I allowed it to settle.

• Then, i brought my pot, turned on my gas cooker and put my pot on it.

• After the pot was being dried off the wetness, I added my vegetable oil and allowed it to boil for 30 seconds.

• When the oil was hot, I added the egg mixture and allowed it to boil for about a minute

• I reduced the intensity of the heat so the egg won't get burnt, I like it light brown.

• When the egg began to turn brown, I had to turn sides so the upper part can as well turn brown.

• The down part fried for over a minute, then I added my tomato paste with pepper again.

• I stirred it for over a minute so the tomato can mix well

• After stirring it, I added a half cup of water and allowed it seamer for two minutes

• When I opened the pot, it was closed to being done, so I closed it back and allowed it seamer for a minute then I turned off the gas cooker.

• My Egg sauce was ready!!

I served it with rice, some people can decide to use it with bread, others with any other desert, but I prefer mine with white rice.
