Gods Unchained - First Day [EN/PT-BR]

Hello!!

This is my first post about Gods Unchained. I've been seeing people talk about this game for a while, and I checked out it's website a few months ago, but at first I didn't like the fact that is was on the Ethereum chain because of the gas fees, and didn't sign up. Since then I got more curious and with the extra time off work during the holidays, I decided to try it.

The UI is very nice and easy to navigate. I decided to look around first before starting to play and went to look at the cards. I was very impressed with the amount of cards available to play, I mean the total amount, not my starting cards. It's pretty overwhelming for a new player to see all that, I started scrolling and it took forever to get to the bottom of the page.

I did the tutorial, it was nicely done, and easy to understand the mechanics. When done, you already get 3 packs to open. It is very nice to let new players have this experience, since opening packs is always fun. These were my first 3 packs:

Now I thought I was ready for ranked, I chose the war starter deck, and went for battle. Lost 4 matches in a row. But even though I was loosing, I was still getting some XP, and got a few more packs to open. More fun!
I got tired of losing and decided to ask for help from a friend. He sent me a deck, also a war deck, he explained to me the strategy for that deck, and things started to go better. I got a win streak of 5 or 6 games. Got more packs to open, played a few more and was able to reach Lvl 11, midway thru Rusted Iron League, very quickly. This is what my progress looks like now at the end of my first day:

Next goal is to reach Purified Iron League and be able to take part of the event "Blessing Of The Gods", to start earning $GODS, the game token. I'll keep posting my progress.

Olá!!

Este é o meu primeiro post sobre Gods Unchained. Eu tenho visto algumas pessoas falando sobre esse jogo a algum tempo, até cheguei a olhar o website a uns meses atras, mas não gostei muito do fato de estar na rede Ethereum e por causa dos gas fees, e acabei não me cadastrando. Desde então eu fiquei mais curioso, e com o tempo extra da folga do trabalho durante os feriados de fim de ano, eu decidi tentar.
A interface é bem legal e facil de navegar. Eu decidi dar uma olhada geral antes de jogar e fui para a pagina das cartas. Fiquei muito impressionado com a quantidade de cartas disponíveis para jogar, digo o total de cartas, não as minhas iniciais. É assutador para um novo jogador ver tudo aquilo, eu fui rolando a para e levou muito tempo para chegar ao fim.

Fiz o tutorial, que é bem feito, e bem facil de entender a mecanica do jogo. Quando voce termina, ja ganha 3 packs para abrir. É bem legal para novos jogadores terem essa experiencia, pois abrir packs é sempre divertido. Esses foram os meus 3 primeiros packs:

Agora eu pensava que estava pronto para ranked, eu escolhi o deck inicial de guerra, e fui batalhar. Perdi as 4 primeiras partidas seguidas. Mas mesmo perdendo, eu ainda ganhava algum XP, e acabei ganhando mais alguns packs. Mais diversão!

Fiquei cansado de perder, e decidi pedir ajuda para um amigo. Ele me enviou um deck, também de guerra, e me explicou a estrategia para este deck, e as coisas começaram a melhorar. Eu ganhei umas 5 ou 6 partidas seguidas. Ganhei mais alguns packs para abrir, joguei mais algumas partidas, e consegui chegar ao Lvl 11, na metade do caminho da Liga "Rusted Iron", rapidamente. Esse foi o meu progresso no final do meu primeiro dia:

Meu próximo objetivo é chegar na liga "Purified Iron", e assim poder participar do evento "Blessing Of The Gods", e poder começar a ganhar $GODS, o token do jogo. Vou continuar postando aqui o meu progresso.
