HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE

Looking back

@ourfadedglory asked in a chat the other day what is everyone’s New Year’s resolution. I had no idea 🤷‍♂️
Work for the last 3 months has been crazy and so many things went wrong through 2025 that by the end of the year I was on auto pilot/damage control just trying to keep the ship afloat.
I have had a few days off after Christmas and finally had a chance to catch my breath and gather my thoughts. Slowly ideas are starting to come to mind on how I can move forward, not just with work but life in general.
The only thing that needs an immediate solution is a car for our family. Just before Christmas our cars engine failed and I have been in the process of getting a new one before we go on holiday. Everything got sorted before the end of the year and I am just waiting on the finalisation of our loan so I can buy a new car. I have a family of 6 people and we live in a small city so a car to get around is not a must have but it makes life a whole lot easier.

Moving forward

I will not go into my plans for work other then I have ideas on how to move forward there.
On Hive I plan to spend more time posting and interacting with the community. I did not realise how little time I spent posting content on Hive this year until I seen my recap. Whilst I sign into Hive everyday and play games like Splinterlands and Crypto Shots, I did not spend a lot of time posting. I think that is due to the lack of a schedule and due to the fact that most of my posts take me a few hours to make. It really did stunt my growth on Hive.
With all this in mind I am looking to start posting daily on Hive this year with this post being the first post of the year. I know that this maybe a unreasonable goal posting content everyday on Hive for a whole year but if aim high then even if I don’t achieve it then I will still spend more time in this beautiful community so I only see it as a win win scenario.

With my home life I am looking to spend less time playing games on my phone and PC. The main games I will be looking to keep playing is all my Hive games with my main focus being on Splinterlands and Crypto Shots. I have been streaming both these games and I enjoy playing them both.
