Splinterlands jackpot cards and my new grain farm

Splinterlands has been rolling out the updates and the next one coming up on the 13th January. With jackpot cards being introduced to frontier mode.
Jackpot cards are a great reward for your efforts in the arena. And you will not be losing out as you will still get your normal rewards, just with an added bonus chance at getting a jackpot card.

I had picked up an extra plot of land awhile back before going on holidays and I have finally got enough DEC staked to power the land and I staked my cards to the land. All that I need now is to wait for my new grain farm building to be built.

I could speed it up with time crystals but I am happy to wait a few days for my workers to build it.
Land is a great way to get some passive income in the game. It does require some investment but you can harvest your resources once or twice a week to keep the DEC flowing in. Just make sure that you have enough grain to feed your workers as it is more cost effective to grow your own grain.
