Come on, Die! - Social Media Challenge!

Hello, amazing people. Here I am to share with you guys an experience from my Splinterlands journey. As you all might have heard the crowd of Splinterlands already so stick with me to listen to an amazing battle experience of mine.

Being a noob is amazing, some features that you are unaware of come to you mysteriously, and you get puzzled when introduced for the first time. You end up wondering what is happening, and how did it even took place. But when you go to someone who is a pro or knows these things very well, they are like, “This is normal, it's just that feature that got triggered here, nothing unusual.”

So here it is, the battle below. For a noob from the bronze level, a battle that continued for 20+ rounds is obviously an amazing one. One to remember for the head-to-head competition. In the middle of the battle, two monsters were fighting so head-to-head that I got clueless in the end, about what actually happened.

Let's see the battle and then discuss further…..

Ruleset: Are You Not Entertained?

Description:

  • Gladiator cards possess the bloodlust ability, and may be purchased with merits after Joining a Guild.
  • Use a summoner with conscript to play 2 gladiator cards within this ruleset!

CHAOS AGENT

MERIPUT MAGICIAN

ADELADE BRIGHTWING

URIEL THE PURIFIER

Summoner: As my summoner I have decided to go with the LILY SHIELDPAW, a Legendary Dragon Summoner. it gives +1 health to all friendly monsters, camouflage, and Triage ability as well. My initial plan was to get the benefits of the abilities
to get one step ahead.

1st Position: As for my first monster, I had chosen URIEL THE PURIFIER, It cost me 11 mana but has 3 melee attacks with three speed, 10 health, and 6 armor. Also, it has the flying ability which increases the chances of evading Melee and Ranged attacks. it also has a Recharge ability. A solid one to be my tank.

2nd Position: In the second one, I had placed ADELADE BRIGHTWING. A 7-mana card with 2 magic attacks, 1 speed, and 5 health. This one also has the flying ability as well as the Repair ability which goes into benefit to my tank as long as it survives.

3rd Position: At this point I had gone with MERIPUT MAGICIAN as my third monster, another magic monster with 1 magic attack, 5 health, and 3 speed. The special part is that it has the Tank Heal ability which also goes to the benefits of my Tank.

4th Position: At this point I had only 1 mana left, and I decided to go with the CHAOS AGENT which has no attack but 1 health. I just placed it to fill the gap even if it wastes one attack from the opponent's monster.

Because of the abilities from the summoner, only my Tank was being attacked every round and as I already had two monsters with Repair and Tank Heal ability so every round I was getting refilled and ready to attack with more powers.

The opponent's Demonshark monster was also a solid one, but the real fun began on the 08 level when the Djinn Odhannus came to the first position. It had armor and Void ability that reduced magic attacks by 50%. Also, the opponent had a monster with a Tank Heal ability which was healing the Tank every round.

My Tank was also missing its attack, after missing three times in a row, it could damage the armor at last, and in the 18th round it did a -9 attack due to the recharged ability. Health from 10 came straight to 1 and an attack from the magic monster took it down. This was the most interesting part. Due to the recharged ability, my monster was attacked every other round but 3x damage. This Is thrilling, I was missing this 3x damage part and was surprised to see -9 damage at once. Later figured out that it was due to this ability. Well, i was victorious.

So overall, it was an interesting and worth remembering fight. Maybe a normal one from the pro players but as a noob this was intense.

So yeah, this is it. One memorable battle from my splinterlands journey.
