Hello people,
How's the hunt for this week's Battle Mage Secret “Five Alive” ruleset going on? I don't know why it gets tiresome to look for the particular ruleset when you are battling. I feel like this ruleset got vanished, and doesn't even appear before me when I am searching for it. On another occasion it would get repeated on and on. And when you finally get that ruleset, the prayers begin for arranging the perfect arsenal to start the attaccccccck!!

Ruleset: Five Alive

Description:

• Up to five Units can be used.

Summoner: As my summoner I have decided to go with the TARSA, a Rare FIRE Summoner. it gives +1 Melee and +1 Health to all friendly monsters. As I am limited to Five units so I gotta make take the best possible stat monsters within my mana cap. Fortunately, the battle was capped at 37 so I was hopeful to get some decent cards for my battle.

1st Position: As for my first monster, I had chosen GRUM FLAMEBLADE, a Legendary Fire unit. I am taking this monsters in my most battles wherever I can fit this. This one is a 11-mana monster, with 4 melee attacks, 1 speed, 5 armor, and 10 health. The sweet spot is it’s bloodlust ability which, whenever it defeats an enemy all the stats gets increased by 1. Also, the Void Armor ability which makes the opponent magic monsters to hit the armor before its health. Isn’t this a great Tank? I guess so, and that's why I have placed this, hope to get deadly as the battle proceeds.

2nd Position: In the second position, I had placed PALLUS. An 8-mana card with 3 melee attacks, 3 speed, 1 armor, and 7 health. It has Reach ability so it can attack from the second position also the Flying ability gives it a 25% bonus chances to evade melee and ranged attacks from units that don't have flying ability. This was the only suitable monster with reach to be placed in the second position in my arsenal. It served me as expected.

3rd Position: In the 3rd position, I had to pick MAD OGRE ANARCHIST which is a 6-mana monster with 2 melee attacks, 2 speeds, 4 health, and 2 armor. Due to the Opportunity ability this melee monster can attack from any position. From the summoner, this one got an additional melee and health, making it even better.

4th Position: Here I had placed TENYII STRIKER, a fire monster with 2 melee attacks, 2 sowed, and 6 health. It has the Sneak ability for which it can attack from any position and attacks last units on the enemy team. I had picked this due to its more health with a hope that it may live long compared to the other available 5-mana cards in my arsenal.

5th Position: In this last position, I had placed GOBALANO SOLDIERA, a 3 mana monster with 1 melee attack, 3 speed, and 2 health. It also has the Sneak and Ambush ability so it can attack before the battle begins. I have placed this here with a hope that it can remove an armor before the battle begins and can do another later.

Recently, I have been battling with Fire element mostly, maybe the bloodlust monster is one of the reasons. Also, I just love how TARSA gives +1 to melee, and +1 health to all my monsters. Whether it's a low mana battle or higher, I find it comfortable to form a team with the melee monsters only, lol.

So here in this battle, I had placed the bloodlust monster as my Tank to see it celebrating it's glory every time it defeated an enemy. Seeing all stats getting increased and how it gets deadly each time that gives me a thrill.

My opponent had brought a level 4 summoner which took away two armors each from my monsters and also gave the opportunity to use one additional gladiator card. My opponent brought some high mana cards, initially may look scary upon seeing the stats and abilities but couldn’t stand before my monsters. Got defeated pretty easily.
