Welcome back to the new chapter of my #splinderlands journey. Yesterday I shared with you my first day experience. As a newbie, the free cards I got from the campaign mode encouraged me so much that today I set out to expand my card collection. Today, my mission was to advance as far as possible from Chapter 7. Let's see how today went.

Chapter 8: Confronting Professor Thalos Greystone

My journey today started from Chapter 8, where the main opponent here is Professor Thalos Greystone. Before the game started, I saw that if I finished this chapter, I would get a powerful card called 'Twice Yester Knight'. This female warrior with a 7 mana cost has Attack 2, Speed ​​3, Armor 4 and Health 1. I felt like I wanted her in my team!

On the battlefield, I put my newfound knight and a lion warrior in front of me. The opponent's team was also quite organized. However, with some clever moves, I was able to defeat the professor. And then I was surprised to see the reward! After finishing Chapter 8, I got seven new cards in a row! My collection grew quite a bit in an instant.

Chapter 9: Entering the World of Elements

My fight with Professor Thalos Greystone continued in Chapter 9. Before the beginning of this chapter, I was shown a glimpse of two cards—'Thalgrimore' and 'Grand Consul Minion'. Both cards are quite scary to look at, especially the Thalgrimore card.

In this battle, I changed my team's formation a bit. I put a newfound rat warrior on the attack, which has 5 health and 3 attack. He was accompanied by my trusty knight and some other supporting cards. The battle was tough, but in the end, I won. At the end of Chapter 9, I was rewarded with six new cards. I couldn't believe my collection!

Chapters 10 and 11: The Beginning of a New Challenge

I quickly finished Chapter 10 and added three more cards to my collection as rewards. However, the real challenge awaited me in Chapter 11. Here, instead of a normal battle, I had to duel or fight.

Duel 1: Against Gon Fizzlebit (Ch. 11.1)
My first duel was with a nervous-looking opponent named Gon Fizzlebit. The game description said that he was unprepared, so defeating him was an opportunity for me. I assembled a strong team with my best cards, which included my lion warrior, orc, knight, and my newfound rat warrior. As I thought, I didn't have much trouble defeating Gon Fizzlebit. After winning this duel, I get a nice purple card as a reward.

Duel 2: Waiting for Mal Bloodgore (Ch. 11.2)
Just as my confidence is soaring after defeating Gon Fizzlebit, a new challenge comes my way—Mall Bloodgore. This massive orc warrior is quite intimidating to look at. The game description clearly states that this is not just a game of strength, but also a test of strategy. To deal with his powerful frontline and sneak attackers, I need to place cards in the right positions. When I finish this chapter, I will get a wolf warrior card.

As of today, I have finished my game here. I have left the challenge of Mal Bloodgore for tomorrow. All in all, today I have finished Chapters 8 to 11.1 and have added many new and powerful cards to my collection. As the days go by, my love for #splinderlands grows. Now I just have to wait for the ranked battle to start, but before that, my goal is to collect all the free cards from the campaign.
