Silver II was unlocked at the beginning of the season, and a nice collection of rewards.

How are you all? Hope everyone is well. In today's episode of Splinterlands game, I am going to share a special moment with you. After fighting for quite some time this season, I was finally able to advance to the Silver II league. Today's article is about how the battle just before I got to Silver 2 was, and what cards I got as season rewards.

Battle preparation and lineup

The match just before unlocking Silver 2 was a high-voltage match. In this match, the mana cap was 64, which is a very big number. So there was an opportunity to use all the powerful cards.

Ruleset: The ruleset of this match was 'Scattershot'. That is, all magic and ranged attacks will hit the enemy units randomly or randomly.

My Strategy: Since the mana was high, I used a combination of Dragon and Earth elements. My main focus was on strong MIDI attacks and healing power.

The main trump cards in my team were Quora Towershead and Grund. Quora's 'Bloodlust' ability and Grund's 'Double Strike' were enough to overwhelm the opponent.

At the beginning of the match, all my units and the opponent's were at full strength. My tank, Drybone Barbarian, initially provided a good defense. Due to the scattershot rules, the magic attacks were hitting randomly, which could turn the tide of the game in any direction.

Round 2:

In the second round, the game came under my control. My Quora Towershead was able to activate its Bloodlust ability, which increased its stats and made it even more dangerous. The opponent's defense line began to break down.

Round 3:

In the third round, most of the opponent's powerful cards were out of the field. My team's damage dealing was so high that the opponent could not turn back. I easily secured the victory in this round.

With this great victory, I gained 40 Rating points, and my total rating reached 1320. With this, I officially unlocked the Modern Ranked Silver II league!

As soon as I won the match, I got the following rewards:

Season Rewards

After reaching Silver 2, I got a chance to open a total of 7 Loot Chests. 5 of them were normal, and 2 were special chests. I opened the chests using my Potion, and the results were quite satisfying.

What I got after opening the chests:

1. Cullborn Revenant (1) - This is an Undead card.

2. Stonebind Matron (1) - A card of the Earth element.

3. Phlegmor (1) - A card of the Life element.

4. Dragonfang Lancer (1) - This was the best card in this lot, a RARE Dragon card!
