Splinterlands Diary: Modern Silver 1 Passage and My Best Reward Opening

Finally, this season of Splinterlands has been a big milestone for me. To be honest, it was not easy to reach the Modern Combat Silver 1 league after playing continuously for the past few days. Those who play this game regularly must know how difficult it is to survive in the Modern format. Since the number of cards is limited here, you have to think hard about every move. Today, when the 'Unlocked' text appeared on the game screen, and I saw that shiny shield of Silver 1, my heart was filled with joy. It felt like spending all night building decks and trying to understand my opponent's moves had finally paid off.

The biggest thing I had my eye on after reaching Silver 1 was the rewards. However, there is a condition behind getting rewards in this league. A note appeared on the screen that in order to get a 10x multiplier on the reward, you must have stacked a certain amount of SPS tokens. According to the current rules of the game, this is quite useful, because this stacking is very important to get the real results of your hard work. As the rating increases, the amount of this stack also needs to be increased. It is a process like making your account stronger. Since I had already collected some SPS, I didn't have to think much when receiving the rewards.

The most fun and exciting moment began when I prepared to open the reward chests. This time, a total of nine chests were deposited in my pocket. Six of them were ordinary wooden-looking bronze chests, and the remaining three were quite gorgeous, blue and red advanced chests. When you look at these blue chests, you feel like there is something great hidden inside. However, one thing I always do is use potions. Opening a chest without potions means using half of your luck. I had 130 legendary potions and 44 alchemy potions. The advantage of using these potions is that they are expensive and increase the chance of getting legendary cards many times over. So, after setting all the potions properly, I clicked the 'Confirm' button.

As I started opening the chests one by one, a strange excitement was working in my chest. As soon as I opened the first few chests, the 'Palimpsest Prophet' card came out. It is a rare card of the Life element. Surprisingly, I got this card twice at the same time. Although it is a rare card, it often plays a big role in the Silver League battle. Then came 'Ironwing Juggernaut' for Death Splinter. Its defence is quite good, which will strengthen my deck even more. But I still didn't know that there was still some time left to get the best surprise.

In the middle of the game, a purple glow suddenly appeared on the screen. Those who play Splinterlands know that purple means epic cards. I got two epic cards in one go—'Thornmaw Berserker' and 'Grim Bonewhip'. These cards greatly increase the power of the death element. Epic cards are not usually so easy to get, so my joy increased several times. Along with the cards, I also got some Alchemy Potion Charges, which will come in handy when opening my next card pack.

But what happened at the very end was the best achievement of my day. The 'Oceanus Unmade' card appeared on the screen. It is a legendary card, and its blue design is just amazing. There is no need to say anything new about how powerful this card from Water Splinter is in the game. Getting a legendary card means getting the best reward for all your hard work. One legendary, two epics, and several rare cards out of nine chests—all in all, my reward opening session today was absolutely awesome.

Honestly, this game has taught me time and time again that patience pays off. These new cards have not only expanded my collection, but they will also serve as great weapons for me when I fight for the Gold League in the future. Today is a great inspiration for me as a gamer. Now my next goal is to devise new strategies with these cards and move forward to achieve even greater achievements in the coming season. This world of Splinterlands is truly exciting, where you can play the game with the hope of getting something new every day.
