Splinterlands game:- Why did I buy Nomos Summoner?
Hello splinterlands family. In the world of Splinterlands, the fire element or fire team has always been known for its aggressive temperament. But recently, there have been many changes in the game, especially with the arrival of new summoners; the game strategy has become much more modern. Today, I will talk about a new fire summoner in my collection, whose name is 'Nomos'. I have been thinking about making the fire deck a little stronger for a long time, and with that goal, I bought the Nomos card today. It is basically a Rebellion edition card.

There are several strong reasons behind why I bought the Nomos Summoner. First, its Mana Cost is 5. It is a great choice for medium to high-quality battles. However, its biggest attraction is its tactical or strategic ability. Unlike other general summoners, it does not have a specific ability that is effective on everyone. Rather, it allows you to understand the situation on the battlefield and make decisions. Nomos has two special abilities that you need to choose based on the strategy of the opposing team.

The first ability is '-2 Magic to Two Units'. Magic attacks are very powerful in the current meta or game style. Especially when playing against water or life elements, they deal a lot of magic damage. Using Nomos, you can reduce the magic attack of two opposing units by 2 points. This is a huge advantage. Think about it, if a card has a magic attack of 3, and if it is reduced to 1, then the effectiveness of that card drops to almost zero. The survivability of your tank then increases a lot.
The second ability is 'Dispel'. Nomos can give the dispel ability to two units on his team. Those who play regularly know how important dispelling is. Currently, there is a growing trend in the game to make cards extra powerful with Bloodlust, Martyr, or various types of buffs. Dispel is a weapon that removes these extra benefits from the opponent's cards. If you give this ability to two cards in your team, then whenever they hit the opponent, all the magic buffs or extra power will be removed from them. This is an unbeatable strategy to stop gladiator cards in particular.

When I was looking at the status or statistics of the card, I saw that it is also quite balanced in terms of its circulation or the number of cards in the market. The card I have is currently at level 2, which requires 5 cards and will require more cards to go to the next level. Its estimated power and power production are also quite good, which is helping to increase the value of my account. Moreover, its design or artwork is not to be mentioned. This red-haired human summoner is as stylish as he is powerful in the game.
Many may ask why Nomos is there when Tarsa or Yodin are there? The answer is variety. Tarsa only increases melee attacks, but it doesn't help with defence. On the other hand, Nomos gives you the opportunity to protect your team by reducing the opponent's magic attacks or destroying their buffs. Especially when you know that the opponent can use magic or bloodlust cards, Nomos can be your best bet.

The best time to use Nomos in the game's strategy is when there is an opportunity to use magic attacks in the battle rules. Also, in rules where cards enhance each other's power, the ability to dispel can turn the tide of the battle. I played a few practice battles after buying it and found that its correct application completely disorients the opponent. It's a real treat to get such a versatile card for 5 mana.

In conclusion, buying cards in Splinterlands is not just about expanding your collection; it's also a long-term investment and a way to improve your gameplay. Cards like Nomos add a new dimension to your playstyle. It encourages you to play smart rather than relying solely on power. I believe this new addition of the Fire element will greatly increase my win rate in games. For those who regularly play with Fire decks and are constantly losing to Magic attacks, Nomos could be the ideal solution. I am very happy with the card and hope it will help me reach better ranks in the coming seasons.
