Splinterlands: Same summoner fierce battle
Every match in the Splinterlands game world is a new thrill. But some matches are worth remembering for a long time. Recently, I faced a tough battle where my opponent and I both used the same element and the same summoner. This battle in Fortune mode was an extreme test of strategy and patience. Today, I will share with you the story of that memorable match and the incredible reward after the match.

When I saw the battle rules and mana before the match started, I was feeling quite excited. In this 54 mana match, there was an opportunity to use Fire, Earth and Life as elements. I chose Fire Summoner, and to my surprise, my opponent 'DESERTJOE' chose the exact same summoner. According to the game rules, there were two special modifiers: 'Born Again' (where all cards are reborn once) and 'Maneuvers' (where cards in the second position can also attack). Correct positioning of the cards was the only key to winning this fight that started with equal power.

As soon as the first round started, the fire cards of both sides jumped on each other. Since the cards of both sides were of the same summon, the attack and speed were almost equal. In round 1, both sides were seen trying to break each other's defences. Since there were 'Born Again' rules, even if a card died, it would come back with 1 health, which made the fight even longer and more complicated.

The fight became more intense in the second round. The cards in my front row were withstanding the opponent's attacks and counterattacking. Due to the 'Maneuvers' rules, my second position card was also playing an effective role. As the cards were reborn one by one, a different kind of excitement prevailed on the battlefield.

In the third round, the balance started to turn a little heavier in my favour. Some of the opponent's important cards lost their chance to be reborn and were completely left on the field. Due to my strategy and the correct arrangement of the cards, I reached an advantageous position. Every hit was very perfect.

Looking at the fifth round, it was seen that the opponent had only a few cards left in his hand. On the other hand, my main cards were still fighting. Despite the same summon, I came very close to winning due to the correct use of the card level and the situation.

Finally, in the seventh round, the final settlement of the fight came. The powerful blow of my last card turned my opponent's last possession into dust. After a long and tiring battle, the desired text appeared on the screen—'VICTORY'. The joy of winning an even fight is different.

After winning the match, my rating increased to 3200, and I strengthened my position in the Gold-1 League. After the victory, I went to collect my Daily Rewards. I could not have imagined then that an even bigger surprise of fate was waiting for me.

When I started opening my reward boxes, my chest was heaving with excitement. When I started revealing the cards after the first few simple rewards, my eyes were about to pop out!

I saw that I had accumulated some great cards. The most interesting of them were two 'Epic' cards. One was 'Wild Horse Tamer' and the other, even more incredible—a 'Gold Foil Epic' card called 'Lunaki Howler'. Getting a Gold Foil Epic card in Splinterlands is a matter of luck.

I was really speechless when I saw the 'Lunaki Howler' gold card. As tough as the fight was, the prize was just as royal. This one match and its prize added a new dimension to my Splinterlands journey. With the right strategy and a bit of luck, it is possible to achieve incredible things in this game, and this match is proof of that. For those who play regularly, I would say—never give up, maybe a golden surprise is waiting for you in your next chest!
