Great target - nice to have a plan. This is great - as it will ensure commitment and focus. Thanks for the inspiration to do the same.

It is easier to set target for yourself but it is not easy to constantly keep it going for a year long. Hopefully i still can continue the same spirit for the remaining 7 months.
Yes - but setting a target give something to strive to. Hence it is always a good starting point.
