I agree, I use to trade SPT and a couple other tokens on Hive-Engine but I stopped due to these bots. The market bots have hurt the over all health of the SPT marketplace. I hope the same doesn't happen to PLOTS.

It is unfortunate, but was to be expected after hive gained in value. It would be welcome if trading volumes were larger as bots bring in liquidity. But in this environment as it is, they are stifling the markets, making trading unpleasant experience for most.
