My Digital Art of Sea Monster, Splinterlands Art Contest.

Hello there,

I'm back with more artwork for the Splinterlands game character 'Sea Monster.' This character is a reward card in the game.

I'm posting this drawing to compete in splinerlands' weekly art contest, and I'm also sharing it on my Twitter account to participate in the splinerlands team's weekly social media challenge. I'd want to thank them for hosting such amazing competitions. It's a terrific method for artists to show off their skills while also getting paid for their work. Thank you, @splinterlands. I also like playing this game and drawing the animals that appear in it. And, believe me, it's amazing. The best aspect is that it entertains you, gives you a prize for winning a battle, and allows you to trade cards for money. So, if you're interested, you may join in. Now, let me return to discussing my artwork.

Using inspiration from the game figure, I reconstructed the game character in my own style and taste. I wanted my duplicate to seem more ferocious, and I'm delighted it did. I hope you agree with my points of view and enjoy how I reinvented the game character in my own way.

Before I dive into how I created my image, I wanted to talk a little bit more about the game character to show my appreciation for the original authors who pondered their thoughts to create such a unique concept, character, and tale.

There are stories of Sea Monsters that can devour a whole ship. The fact is that there are Sea Monsters large enough to consume the Sea Monster that devoured the ship. Most landlubbers have no idea how deep the planet's waters reach or how far beyond the horizon they extend.
With each reading of a character's story and concept, my admiration for the creators grows. Let's start with how I made my artwork.

I began by designing this artwork in Adobe Illustrator. I began with the most difficult component of the artwork, the head. I began with the contours and progressed to the complexity of the inside of the skull, drawing the borders one by one. I attempted to be as vicious as possible with my expression. After I finished the insides, I started drawing the teeth, head, nose, horns, and so forth.

Then I began working on the body, outlining it first before adding any further components. After precisely describing the body, I began sketching the delicacy of the anatomy, adding the fin like the game figure but removing the mane because it didn't feel right with my drawing.

After completing the upper half of the body, I began sketching the lower half, or tail. Because my Sea Monster was meant to symbolize sea serpents, which are incredibly slithery and swift, I created the tail considerably thinner than the actual characters.

I started creating the environment when I finished the game character illustration. To begin, I drew two versions of waves and then copied and pasted several of them around with minor adjustments such as reflection, size, and location.

I colored the waves and the sea monster before beginning to sketch the backdrop so that I didn't muck up the image afterward. I attempted to preserve the essential aspects of the shape, such as the colors, as faithful to the form as possible throughout the picture, but I gave my waves my own distinct flavor.

After completing the major section of my picture, I finally began drawing the backdrop, and I felt relieved since my artwork was coming to a close. To begin, I drew the backdrop with a rectangle tool and then applied a gradient color.

Then I added additional mesh to give the sky a more realistic appearance. After creating the sky, I added some stars to properly and radiantly depict the night sky.

Artboard 1@19x.png

I utilized two moons in this case since this figure is an alien creature from a distant planet in our universe. To make it appear more unusual, two moons are used, one lighted up and one darkened.

I genuinely hope you enjoy my work, and I'll be back soon with a better drawing of my own. So keep an eye out till my next drawing is finished. Then I'll see you again. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I hope it was worthwhile.

Happy Blogging.

The people doing V2K want me to believe it is this lady @battleaxe Investigate what she has been up to for 5 years. Its the next step to stopping this. Make her prove where she has been for 5 years or where she is now. She is involved deeply with @fyrstikken and his group. Her discord is Battleaxe#1003. I cant say she is the one directly doing the v2k. Make her prove it. They have tried to kill me and are still trying to kill me. I bet nobody does anything at all. Make @battleaxe prove it. I bet she wont. They want me to believe the v2k in me is being broadcasted from her location. @battleaxe what is your location? https://ecency.com/fyrstikken/@fairandbalanced/i-am-the-only-motherfucker-on-the-internet-pointing-to-a-direct-source-for-voice-to-skull-electronic-terrorism
