That's the question.Price of land seems to be going down. I saw $112 earlier.It looks like land is like SPL packs, once surveyed, land might be common after all.

I have heard that it has lost a lot of popularity.
I think it doesn't make much sense to buy land like this.

on top of overprice, you still need to spend more to be able to put land in good use.

How long till LANDs system will actually be implemented? Because I think the price should go up when the date comes close.
