Low Tier Budget Melee Water - They told me it can't be done! (They are probably right)

I've been playing this game for a week, but ever since I noticed Magic Water killing it in the lower tiers, I've been interested in making a Water Melee build.

Most of these cards are starter cards or below 1-2 DEC to rent, except for the Daria Dragonscale 😶, but the idea behind putting her there is to have her mainly used against non magic decks.

What I've found to be extremely effective when going against magic water is:
Bortus - Sea Monster - Crustacean King at a min mana requirment

I know this isn't too viable in the mid and higher tiers,and I've been told Water Melee is really hard to make work by more experienced players, but I had fun making this little combo.

I hope you can give me suggestions as to how to change this up, make it better and more affordable.

I absolutely love running a melee-based magic build in the lower ranks. Really surprises your opponent.
