one of the best low mana tanks in the game: Antoid Platoon.
En mi cuenta alterna de Bronce me tocan muchas batallas de mana bajo y muchas veces me toca Focus de Fuego y eso me gusta muchisimo porque en este rango, Fuego funciona demasiado bien, la mayor debilidad de este Splinter es la magia y las cartas mas fuertes de ataque magico cuestan mucho mana, eso hace constraste con las muchas batallas de mana bajo que tocan en Bronce haciendo que el uso del Splinter Fuego brille, y ahi es donde entra el nombre de Antoid Platoon, una carta que cuando salio la edicion de Chaos Legion pense que iba a ser cualquier cosa y no pude estar mas equivocado, esta carta debe ser ahora mismo el tanque que yo mas utilizo en Fuego y hoy les mostraré por qué, asi que no esperemos mas y veamos como me fue con este nuevo Challenge.
In my Bronze rank alternate account I get a lot of low mana battles and many times I get the Fire Focus and I like that a lot because in this range, the Fire works very well, for me, the biggest weakness of this Splinter is the magic attack and the strongest magic attack cards cost a lot of mana, that makes contrast with the many low mana battles that I get in Bronze making the use of the Splinter Fire shine more than the normal, and that's where the name of Antoid Platoon comes in to the table, a common card that when the Chaos Legion edition came out to the game I thought it was going to be anything and I couldn't be more wrong, this card should be right now the tank that I use the most in Fire and today I will show you why, so let's not wait any longer and let's see how I did with this new Challenge.
Antoid Platoon es una carta de rareza Comun y de Splinter Fuego que forma parte de la edicion Chaos Legion, esta carta cuesta solamente 4 puntos de mana y tiene ataque Melee haciendola perfecta para combinarla con Tarsa, el invocador de Fuego que vino con su edicion, un tanque de bajo mana que tiene la habilidad Shield, que es lo que para mi la hace tan atractiva, sus estadisticas no son muy fuertes para el mana que cuesta pero su habilidad es lo que la hace ser tan buena en las batallas, pero como eso no se ve hasta que la envias a la batalla, esta carta suele subestimarse bastante y eso es un error grave, combinada de buena manera esta carta te puede dejar a todo un equipo inutil.
¿Como le sacas provecho a esta carta?
La posicion de Tanque es su lugar, el unico motivo por el que deberias moverla de ahi en tu alineacion es por el ruleset Melee Mayhem, de resto siempre debe estar ahi en el primer lugar siendo el aguante de tu equipo, aunque podrias usarla tambien en ultimo lugar para hacer una combinacion de doble Shield, un tanque con Shield (como Lava Golem) y Antoid Platoon en ultima posicion y en medio una carta con Demoralize (Disintegrator, por ejemplo), para que ambas neutralicen el ataque Melee enemigo. Todos los invocadores de Fuego la ayudan de una u otra manera, sin embargo creo que Plado Emberstorm es el que mejor cumple la funcion con esta carta.
Antoid Platoon is a Common and Splinter Fire rarity card that is part of the Chaos Legion edition of Splinterlands, this card costs only 4 mana points and has 1 point of Melee attack at level 1, making it perfect to combine with Tarsa, the Fire Summoner that came with it edition, this card is a low mana tank that has the Shield ability and Scavenger on level 6, which is what makes it so attractive to me, it's attack and speed stats aren't very strong for the mana she costs but her ability is what makes her so good in battles, but since you don't see that until you send her into battle, this card is often underestimated and that's a big mistake, combined in a good way this card can render a whole team useless.
How do you take advantage of this card?
The Tank position on the battles is its place, the only reason why you should move it from there in your lineup is because of the ruleset Melee Mayhem appears on the field, otherwise it should always be there in the first place being the stamina of your team, although you could also use it in last place to make a double Shield combination, a tank with Shield (like Lava Golem) and Antoid Platoon in last position and in the middle a card with Demoralize (Disintegrator, for example), so that both neutralize the enemy Melee attack. All Fire summoners help it in one way or another, however I think Plado Emberstorm is the one that best fulfills the function with this card.
Y ademas hay que decirlo tambien, tienen un diseño espectacular, en lo personal se me hace muy adorable.

Un mana total de 21 puntos, perfecto para invocar cartas de este nivel de mana, y el Holy Protection es mas que perfecto porque te libera el primer golpe y como Antoid Platoon tiene Armadura, significa que los dos primeros ataques que reciba no le haran daño, si ves la alineacion oponente notaras esto:

Y sumado a eso, mi carta sigue teniendo armadura por lo que recibira menos daño con cada ataque, mientras que toda mi linea secundaria va desintengrando por completo a su alineacion haciendo 3 puntos de daño en 3 puntos diferentes, una alineacion mortalmente eficaz.
And on top of all that advantages, my card still has Shield ability so it will take less damage with each enemy attack it take, while my entire secondary line will completely disintengrate its lineup doing a savage 3 points of damage in 3 different points (Sneak, Reach and Oportunity), a deadly effective lineup.
El trabajo que hace Antoid Platoon es silencioso pero el mas importante porque le da espacio a mi Tenyii Striker y a mi Serpentine Spy para que hagan estragos en el equipo oponente.

Como puedes ver arriba, para el momento en que mi Antoid Platoon cayo ya era demasiado tarde para que mi oponente pudiera hacer algo mas, aunque mi carta no termino la batalla, su aporte fue importantisimo y cumplio su papel perfectamente, dandome esta victoria.
Entender los puntos debiles donde le puedes sacar ventaja a tu enemigo es primordial para convertirte en un buen jugador ¡enfocate en mejorar eso y veras como tu winrate aumentará muchisimo!

As you can see above, by the time my opponent can turn down my Antoid Platoon fell it was too late for my opponent to do anything else on the battle, although my card didn't finish the battle, its contribution was very important and it fulfilled its role perfectly, giving me this victory.
