STEALTH FOCUS Guide for MODERN! [ESP-ENG]
Hoy continuo con estas guias para los nuevos Focus, el sistema nuevo ya no es nuevo, si no actual, y ha funcionado bastante bien desde mi punto de vista, hoy hablare del Focus Stealth, cuya premisa es la siguiente:
A menudo es mejor atacar a tu oponente donde no está preparado y menos se lo espera. Practica el uso de Sneak, Snipe u Oportunism para tomar a tu enemigo por sorpresa y diezmar su retaguardia mientras ganas tantas batallas en la arena como sea posible.
Today I continue with these guides for the new Focus, the new system is no longer new, if not current, and has worked quite well from my point of view, today I will talk about the Focus Stealth, whose premise is as follows:
It is often best to attack your opponent where they are unprepared and least expect it. Practice using Sneak, Snipe, or Opportunity to take your enemy by surprise and decimate their back row while winning as many arena battles as possible.
Este parece ser el Focus mas facil de cumplir porque practicamente en el 100% de las alineaciones siempre hay una carta con alguna de estas 3 habilidades, sin embargo hay varias cosas que debemos tomar en cuenta:
Aparte de los elementales, solo hay 3 Focus disponibles desde el rango mas bajo del juego, y este es uno de ellos.
Se puede obtener un maximo de 70% extra de Focus Points al utilizar las cartas del Focus.
Pero para este Focus el maximo es de 60% porque no hay invocadores que otorguen alguna de estas habilidades a tus cartas.
Hay un total 10 cartas en Modern con la habilidad Snipe.
Hay tambien 12 cartas en Modern con Opportunity.
y por ultimo, Tambien hay 12 cartas en Modern con Sneak.
34 cartas en total con estas habilidades en este formato, por razones obvias no hay ninguna entre ellas que combine alguna de las 3 habilidades.
No hay ningun Splinter que tenga clara ventaja con los demas en cuanto a la cantidad de cartas con estas habilidades, todos tienen entre 5 y 6 excepto Dragon que solo tiene 2.
This seems to be the easiest Focus to accomplish because practically in 100% of the lineups there is always a card with one of these 3 skills, however there are several things to take into account:
Apart from the elementals, there are only 3 Focus available from the lowest rank in the game, and this is one of them.
You can get a maximum by battle of 70% extra Focus Points by using a full line up of the Focus cards.
But for this Focus the maximum is 60% because there are no summoners that grant any of these abilities to your cards.
There are 10 cards in Modern with the Snipe ability.
There are 12 cards in Modern with Opportunity.
There are also 12 cards in Modern with Sneak.
There are 34 cards in total with these abilities, for obvious reasons there are none among them that combine any of the 3 abilities.
There is no Splinter that has a clear advantage over the others in terms of the number of cards with these abilities, all have between 5 and 6 except Dragon who only has 2 cards.
Justo por esto es que este Focus esta disponible desde Bronce, pues hay muchas cartas que cumplan el requisito y todas tienen un muy buen rango de uso, como ya dije es casi seguro que habra una carta con alguna de estas habilidades en casi todas tus batallas. El verdadero reto es armar una alineacion que te de un 60% de bono por victoria y que sea un equipo realmente fuerte, que gane partidas.
¿Como se puede lograr eso?
Segun mi analisis la mejor forma de lograr esto seria con Fuego usando a Yodin Zaku que le da bono de ataque a los monstruos Ranged (4 de los 6 disponibles para este Focus mas 1 de los Neutrales) y ademas Blast, haciendolos muy peligrosos y todo esto se traduce en mas victorias ganadas.
is just because of this huge number of cards why this Focus is available from Bronze, because there are many cards that meet the requirement and all have a very good range of use in battle, as I said there will almost certainly be a card with one of these abilities in almost all your battles. The real challenge is to put together a lineup that gives you a 60% win bonus and is a really strong team that wins games.
How can this be achieved?
Well according to my analysis and opinion the best way to achieve this would be with Fire using Yodin Zaku which gives attack bonus to Ranged monsters (4 of the 6 available for this Focus plus 1 of the Neutrals) and also Blast, making them very dangerous and all this translates into more wins.
Se que no es la mejor alineacion posible pero es la que mas opciones tiene de sacar una victoria que te del maximo posible de puntos para este Focus.
Por lo general vas a usar 1 carta con Snipe, otra con Opportunity y otra mas con Sneak, asi que ganarias un aproximado de 20-30% de bono por Focus en tus victorias, esto claro tomando el cuenta un winrate mas parecido a la realidad del juego, porque hay que ser sinceros y admitir que esta alineacion de arriba no te va a hacer ganar todas las partidas. Hay que saber cuando jugar y cuando no jugar ciertas combinaciones de cartas.
I know it's not the best possible alignment but it's the one that has the best chance of getting a win that will give you the maximum possible points for this Focus.
Generally you will use 1 card with Snipe, another one with Opportunity and another one with Sneak, so you will earn an approximate 20-30% bonus for Focus in your victories, this of course taking into account a winrate more similar to the reality of the game, because you have to be honest and admit that this alignment above will not make you win every game. You have to know when to play and when not to play certain combinations of cards.
Analizando partidas.
Como he mencionado antes esta temporada estoy jugando en Plata, aunque toda la informacion de este post la estoy escribiendo pensando en Rango Oro hacia arriba. Digo esto porque las partidas que analizare por supuesto son de rango Plata.
Analyzing games.
As I mentioned before in other posts, this season I am playing in Silver rank and not in Gold, although all the information in this post I am writing it thinking in Gold Rank up. I say this because the games I will analyze are of course Silver Rank.

Elegi estas 3 porque en ellas se muestran situaciones muy especificas que demuestran como sacarle provecho al focus con cualquier ruleset.
algo muy importante que debes saber es que los rulesets Super Sneak, Equal Opportunity y Target Practice otorgan a tus cartas las habilidades del Focus pero eso no contará para los puntos de Focus Cards. ya que la carta no tiene la habilidad si no que la esta aprendiendo por un agente externo.
Eligiendo la estrategia adecuada.
Esto ese hace en realidad muy facil para este Focus por el monton de combinaciones posibles, asi que Aunque recomiendo muchisimo jugar con Fuego usando a Zaku con la estrategia de la que hable arriba, la verdad es que cualquier elemento te sirve para ganar puntos extra en tu focus usando estas cartas asi que no escatimes en decidirte por una unica estrategia, al contrario obtienes muchas posibilidades diferentes para tus partidas.
I chose these 3 specifics battles because they show very specific situations that demonstrate how to take advantage of the focus with any ruleset.
Something very important you should know about this is that the Super Sneak, Equal Opportunity and Target Practice rulesets give your cards the Focus abilities but that will not count for the Focus Cards points since the card does not have the ability but is learning it from an external agent.
Choosing the right strategy.
This actually makes it very easy for this Focus because of the amount of possible combinations of cards you can choose, so although I highly recommend playing with Fire using Zaku with the strategy I talked about above, the truth is that any element is useful to gain extra points in your focus using these cards so don't skimp on deciding for a single strategy, on the contrary you get many different possibilities for your games.
Conclusiones.
Creo que estamos pasando por una etapa del juego donde es muy importante conseguir la mayor cantidad de activos posibles, y por eso es muy importante entender los Focus y competir al 100% en ellos, ya que las recompensas que obtienes son precisamente activos del juego. Si no eres bueno jugando y sobre todo si no entiendes los Focus ganaras pocos cofres y con eso, muchas menos oportunidades de obtener recompensas.
Este focus Stealth es de los mejores para empezar a entrar en esta movida porque como he dicho, es de los mas faciles de hacer, es un inicio excelente para que empieces a aprender y mejorar tu juego.

Conclusions.
