With Dragons all sets look better! [ESP-ENG]
Lo he dicho otras veces ¡Me encanta jugar con dragones! son cartas extremadamente versátiles y poderosas, cada día aprendo mas y mas del juego y también de estas cartas, poco a poco he ido aprendiendo nuevas estrategias y formas de usar estas cartas, en las ultimas semanas he estado aprendiendo a fondo sobre el rango Plata y sus topes de cartas y al combinar con eso las cartas de Splinter Dragon puedes hacer alineaciones muy salvajes, aquí te vengo a mostrar algunas así que bienvenido!
I have said it many times, I love playing with dragons! they are extremely versatile and powerful cards, every day I learn more and more about the game and also about these cards, little by little I have been learning new strategies and ways to use these cards, in the last weeks I have been learning in depth about the Silver rank and its card tops and by combining with that the Splinter Dragon cards you can make very wild alignments, here I come to show you some so welcome!
Como dato curioso, este es el Splinter con mas summoners legendarios hasta ahora, y también ya sabemos todos que estas cartas se pueden combinar con cualquier otro elemento así que de lejos son las mas versátiles de todo el juego. Ya sea por el precio que tienen para alquilarlas o por su utilidad, estas de arriba son los que yo prefiero usar en mis batallas, para este post me enfoque en Quix the Devious que está entre mis rentas de la temporada, a nivel 2 por apenas 4.85 DEC por día.

As a curious fact, this is the Splinter with the most legendary summoners so far, and we all know that these cards can be combined with any other element so they are by far the most versatile of the whole game. Either because of the price they have to rent them or because of their usefulness, these above are the ones I prefer to use in my battles, for this post I focus on Quix the Devious which is among my rentals of the season, at level 2 for just 4.85 DEC per day.
What were the results, let's take a look!
Dragon + Muerte, Sin Magia
Esta batalla estuvo perfecta porque mi oponente utilizo a General Sloan (la magia estaba prohibida por el ruleset) asi que mi summoner anuló al suyo y además le disminuyo la velocidad, y a todo esto hay que sumarle que el apostó a ir fuerte con el ataque a distancia sacrificando la vitalidad de sus monstruos y al ser todos débiles de vida y con el buff de ataque neutralizado, la victoria estaba segura. Como dato extra, el debuff de velocidad mas el Fly del Riftwing y su velocidad base lo ponían con un 55% de probabilidades de esquivar los ataques de todos los enemigos y activar el Backfire. ¡Una pasada!
Dragon + Death, No Magic
This battle was perfect because my opponent used General Sloan and Ranged attack Monsters (the magic was forbidden by the ruleset) so my summoner nullified his buff and also slowed him down, and to all this we must add that he bet on going strong with the ranged attack sacrificing the vitality of his monsters and being all weak in life points and with the attack buff neutralized by my summoner, the victory was certain. As a bonus, the speed debuff plus the Riftwing Fly and his base speed gave him a 55% chance of dodging the attacks of all enemies and activating the Backfire. A great deal!
Dragon + Agua, No Melee
Era mas que obvio que mi oponente iba a utilizar magia en esta batalla, traía una seguidilla de 5 batallas usando a Obsidian y ahora que el Melee estaba prohibido no iba a ser la excepción, y justamente así fue. Decidi ir con Void Dragon justamente por su habilidad para frenar ataques mágicos y el resto de cartas como acompañantes para facilitarle la tarea a mi dragón, eso fue justo lo que sucedió y aunque el Failed Summoner me dio algunos problemas, fue una victoria justa gracias a mi combinación de Void Dragon + Merdaali Guardian.
Dragon + Water, No Melee
It was more than obvious that my opponent was going to use magic in this battle, he had been using Obsidian for 5 battles in a row and now that Melee was forbidden it was not going to be the exception, and that's exactly how it was. I decided to go with Void Dragon just for its ability to stop magic attacks and the rest of the cards as companions to make my dragon's task easier, that was just what happened and although the Failed Summoner gave me some problems, it was a fair victory thanks to my combination of Void Dragon + Merdaali Guardian.
Dragon + Tierra, Target Practice
¿Enfrentar Magia con Magia? claro que si, solo necesitas la combinacion adecuada. Void Dragon con Vacio como el primer objetivo del Snipe enemigo justo para recibir menos daño, mi Naga Brute con Espinas y mis dos estrellas bien resguardadas en el fondo, mi Goblin Psychic junto a Izza the Fanged. Ya di este dato antes y lo repito, Naga Brute esta ROTISIMO para enfrentar a mazos magicos.
Dragon + Earth, Target Practice
Face Magic with Magic? Of course you can, you just need the right combination. Void Dragon with Void as the first target of the enemy Snipe just to take less damage, my Naga Brute with Thorns and my two stars well guarded in the background, my Goblin Psychic next to Izza the Fanged. I already gave this fact before and I repeat it, Naga Brute is ROTISIMOUS to face magic decks.
Dragon + Muerte, contra Magia
Estas batallas con mana alto me gustan mucho para utilizar a los dragones, porque significa que puedes soltar al potentísimo Chaos Dragon. Me quedó la duda de si el Scattershot es atraído por el Taunt o de suerte mi Chaos Dragon ataco justo a esa carta de forma aleatoria, sea como sea mi oponente falló al enviar a una carta que se queda inútil en la segunda posición mientras su tanque este vivo, eso le hace malgastar 8 puntos de mana en prácticamente nada y aparte esa carta llego ya dañada por mi Chaos Dragon a la primera posición, una falla total del oponente y un acierto para mi alineación. Que lastima que mi Undead Rex no pudo activar su Trample, fue una buena batalla de cualquier manera.
Dragon + Death, against Magic
I really like when these high mana battles came out, that way I can use my dragons, because it means you can unleash the very powerful Chaos Dragon. I was left wondering if the Scattershot is attracted by the Taunt or if my Chaos Dragon attacked that card randomly in this battle, but anyway my opponent failed to send a second tank card that remains useless in the second position while his other tank is alive, that makes him waste 8 points of mana in practically nothing and besides that card arrived already damaged by my Chaos Dragon to the first position, a total failure of the opponent and a success for my lineup. Too bad my Undead Rex couldn't activate his Trample, it was a good battle anyway.
Dragon + Magia de Tierra
Jugué una batalla mas contra magia para probar lo del Taunt y el Scattershot y si, el Taunt anula esta habilidad, de nuevo Naga Brute demuestra su potencia aguantando muchísimos ataques, para cuando cayo este tanque ya la batalla estaba decidida y ni hablar del Mushroom Seer, Oaken Behemoth es un refuerzo brutal por su doble ataque y además sirve como tanque secundario, y mas atrás al Chaos Dragon haciendo desastres en las líneas enemigas. No había manera que mi oponente me pudiera ganar esta pelea.
Dragon + Magic's Earth
I played one more battle against magic to test the Taunt and Scattershot and yes, the Taunt cancels this ability, again Naga Brute demonstrates its power by withstanding many attacks, by the time this tank fell the battle was already decided and not to mention the Mushroom Seer, Oaken Behemoth is a brutal reinforcement for its double attack and also serves as a secondary tank, and further back the Chaos Dragon making disasters in the enemy lines. There was no way my opponent could beat me in this fight.
