Kulu Swimhunter - Sacrificing abilities for better stats
Here once again to review and share a battle with another card, this week it is the Kulu Swimhunter. It is a card that I rarely use but I am a collector so I like to own all cards at a decent level, I'm planning to slowly buy more copies until I can get it to level 6 to have an attack stat of 3.
Looking at this card stats is boring, it has no ability so it isn't especially useful in any particular ruleset. On the positive side, the stats are above average because of it. It has no strengths or weaknesses, a pretty well-rounded card.
Best rulesets would be anything that benefits ranged attackers or whenever you're prevented from bringing magic attackers. I told you this card was boring...

I really enjoy playing reverse speed, it is a great way to play some different cards that aren't as useful because of their low speed. The strategy for this match was entirely built around the feasting seaweed, I wanted to make sure it gained a ton of health from scavenging and then keep it alive forever with the heal from the crustacean king.
Two rounds in and I already have my seaweed tanking for the team with 7 health. Even if he poisons me there is no way he can take the seaweed down, it will keep on gaining health from scavenge and healing, that's why I love using it on reverse speed. If you manage to set it up right there is no stopping it.
An easy win, my Seaweed ended the battle with 11 HP left, what a monster! I had an extra level on my opponent, if we were playing with both summoners at the same level and maxed cards the outcome would probably be different.
