It's that time of the week again! Today's share your battle challenge is about the Xenith Archer. I think I've only used her once since Chaos Legion came out. It is one of the weaker chaos legion cards in my opinion.

The stats are quite unimpressive and it doesn't have any ability. The remaining 2 mana cards in the game have similar stats but they have some ability that makes them useful in low mana cap matches.
On a positive note, you should have at least one copy of this card in your deck. Sometimes you have 2 mana left and nothing else to use and that's when it comes in handy having one Xenith Archer around. One extra card to soak damage and chip away at the enemy's tank.

Best Rulesets

There aren't any particular rulesets where it is especially useful. That said it can be a good card to play when the mana cap is extremely low and you have a summoner that can boost ranged attacks by +1.

I saw that my opponent was trying to complete a daily focus with a pretty low-level summoner so I decided to take my level Xenith Archer to level the playing field.
Fully expecting him to bring an all-out physical damage team I went with Shield and Thorns on the 1st and 2nd positions. Demoralize to help them stay alive for longer and some high damage dealers to sweep the enemies.

By the third round, the match was already decided, Disintegrator went first and my Xenith archer finished the Molten Ogre. Proving that she's a valuable part of the team. After that with once less demoralize and the second one at the front line it was an easy clean up.

The early season is always a fun time! It is fun to go from the season finale's highly competitive matches to a more relaxed setting and try out some new cards.

I was super lucky on today's daily reward and pulled a legendary Venator Kinjo! I'm having a blast using it. The ability to ignore thorns and splash damage is so overpowered! I'm maxing this one out pretty soon.
