False Surrender Glitch?

Lately I've been getting involuntarily "surrendered" against my will, I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

I choose my team, I hit battle (with tons of time remaining), the 'waiting' pop up comes up, but then while waiting it apparently surrenders me! I did not hit the surrender button and my mouse was no where near it. It's incredibly frustrating because I can never tell when it will do it and it's dramatically affecting my rating - worst timing with the end of season about to occur.

Okay, I'm done ranting, but seriously it is very obnoxious and I kind of hope no one else is having to deal with that!

Anyone have any idea what is happening here?
