Nowadays usually I also receive this as a daily quest reward. And even the season end rewards were bad for the last three seasons. It is so demotivating that I actually started to play Splinterlands less frequently. Maybe the developers will wake up before they scare away the Splinterlands players. Especially the old Splinterlands players. I am playing Splinterlands since 2018.12.30.
Thank you for the reply. I think they were talking about adding more battles. Yes you need some skin in the game to advance. Or rent I guess. Right now my staking and card collection power are good for the airdrop points. Entered in some tournaments that I am eleigible for.
Thinking of buying land but not sure if that is adviseable when so hard to get anywhere in battle. I am sure the developers will make some changes regarding the bots also.
The game is popular. I hope they can tweak it even better.
I do not count on this for wages. Just fun with opportunity of gains. No guarantee of anything. (like life) Price of SPS has dropped since I joined. Pretty sure it will increase again. If not, oh well. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

A lot. It was around $0.90 USD a few months ago, and nowadays it is around $0.15 USD. I regret not selling any SPS, when it was higher.
By the way, the value of the Splinterlands cards also dropped since the arrival of the Chaos Legion. My complete Splinterlands card collection was worth more than $900 USD before that, and nowadays it is less than $450 USD. Currently it is $445.85 USD.
And I have not sold any of my cards. I even earned some.

Happened again when I completed my quest. Same reward. One potion charge reward. It shows I shoukld be receiving 7 loot chests. Not sure if I am hacked and some one funnling the rest off or what? Seems a bit strange. Germlin somewhre.
