New Splinterlands Player
Still relativley new to the game. Made it through one season and didnt recieve much in the way of rewards. Just looking for Tips on the best way to build my Collection/ earn SPS and DEC. Anything helps, Seems as if the barrier to entry is much higher than when the game first came out.

You should try to get at least into silver 3 for better DEC earnings, better chance of cards and more chests and a much better season reward.

To be able to play in the silver league, i would first ask in the splinterlands official chat if someone is kind enough to delegate you some cards for free or/and rent cards on https://peakmonsters.com/.
There are often free card giveaways, too. There is a channel in the official discord only for giveaways
