The Quest - Fire

Today I received the fire quest. The fire splinter is one of my favorite splinters to play. Even with the starter deck I feel it has quite a fair amount of versatility. When you add a couple different cards like the lava launcher and a pyromancer I find it to be even more versatile. I will admit, I am not the best at playing fire splinter. I feel I often think too much about what monsters to pick and I still end up picking incorrectly and even losing to other fire splinters. I still have a lot to learn about picking and counter picking.

The Battles

My battles went pretty well today in my opinion. I have said in the past that any quest that you complete with at least a 50% win rite is a good quest to me. If you are losing most of your battles in order to complete the quest then sometimes its just not worth it with the amount of DEC you miss out on from losing battles. That lost DEC could add up to another common card that you could purchase. Today went pretty well for me!

Of course we all want to pull epics, legendaries and gold foils but thats just not realistic. Today I received an alchemy potion. With the release of the Chaos Legion packs just on the horizon I am happy with anything but credits. I can buy some common cards with the DEC I receive from my battles and now I just have 1 less potion that I have to buy when I open all my packs.
