Don’t Use Gloridax Guardian Before Reading This !!
Hello
Splinterlands Lovers !

Today, I will share with you a battle from the game Splinterlands featuring the Dragon Splinter. For this battle, I have incorporated two new cards into my lineup. I have currently positioned these two cards in the first and second slots. Both of them are performing exceptionally well in these specific positions. The battle rules for today are "Junior Varsity." Under these rules, we are required to select cards with a Mana cost of less than 6. Specifically, one may only choose cards that have a Mana cost of 6 or lower; cards with a higher Mana cost cannot be utilized in the battle. Among the cards I selected for this match, two played a pivotal role in determining the outcome. In particular, I was highly impressed by the Dragon Splinter's Gloridax Guardian card, as it functions remarkably well when placed in the second position. In a 6-Mana battle like today's, if you opt for cards of this nature, you stand an excellent chance of securing a victory.

MY TEAM
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
![]() | Baakjira – This card has a Mana cost of 6. However, it is a very special card. It is a Legendary card belonging to the Water team. The ability of this card is such that it reduces Magic Attack by 50%. If the enemy's attack power is 1, the resulting damage becomes 0. It inflicts -1 Health upon all cards. Additionally, it grants +1 Max Health to all monsters in our team. This card possesses 12 Health and 2 Speed. |
![]() | Gloridax Guardian – This card has a Mana cost of 6. Typically, Melee attackers do not attack from the second position; however, this card attacks from the second position. I currently possess this card at Level 2. It features 3 Shields, 6 Health, and 2 Speed. This card reduces the damage from both Melee and Ranged attacks by 50%. |
![]() | Surgeblade – This card is the most powerful and effective melee attack card of the Water team. It has a Mana cost of 5. With this card, you gain 1 Shield, 3 Health, and 3 Speed. This card possesses a melee attack power of 3. It can launch an attack from any position during battle. |
![]() | Wailsworn Specter – This is an Epic card from the Water Splinter. It has a Mana cost of 6. I choose this card when playing with the Water and Dragon splinters because it possesses the 'Bubble' attack ability, which deals direct damage to the enemy's Health. This card also features the 'Bloodlust' ability; the more kills it secures, the more powerful it becomes. |
![]() | Ruler of the Seas – This card has a Mana cost of 6. It is my most powerful card in Splinterlands. I really love this card. Its ability is that whenever it attacks an enemy, the card positioned behind that enemy also takes damage. This makes winning battles much easier. I currently possess a Level 2 version of this card. This card features an attack power of 2. |
![]() | Korjack – This card costs 6 mana. It has a 2 bubble attack power. I have this card at level 2. This card's special feature is that it is immune to Earthquake. Another feature that makes this card particularly special is that it increases its own health every round. |
Battle review
In today's battle, my cards played a pivotal role. Specifically, this card—named Baakjira—absorbed the enemy's attacks and caused several of them to miss; this allowed my other monsters to launch their own attacks, thereby giving my team the opportunity to secure a victory. I also utilized a new card in today's battle called the Gloridax Guardian. This card performs exceptionally well when positioned in the second slot—indeed, having a card suited for the second position is essential in any battle. This card delivered powerful attacks in every round, inflicting significant damage upon the opposing enemy cards.

This is a Legendary card from the Dragon Splinter, named Gloridax Guardian. It possesses Melee Attack power. The Mana cost for this card is 6. Specifically, it features a Melee Attack power of 2. As this card levels up, its performance improves significantly. The most notable feature of this card is that it functions exceptionally well when positioned in the second slot. If you have an attacking card positioned in the second slot, it allows you to launch effective attacks against the enemy and significantly increases your chances of winning the battle.
