Spite Attack & Stun Ability Bug Issue Fix !

Stun Ability

Stun ability means getting dizzy or stunned. In this case, the monster is stunned. This means the monster won't be able to attack this turn. If your monster is affected by the stun ability, it won't be able to attack during its turn.

Spite Ability

Spite ability means that this ability activates after the monster dies. With this ability, if your monster dies, it inflicts a stun effect or damage on the opposing monster. The spite ability activates after the monster's death.

What was the problem earlier and what has been fixed now !

Previously, there was a problem where if an enemy monster was affected by a stun ability, it would still attack, which was contrary to the rules. The game's rules were being violated. The enemy would be stunned, but it would still perform multiple attacks or extra attacks, which completely contradicted the stun rules. This was a problem that the Splinterlands team worked on and improved. Now, the team has fixed this issue: if a monster is stunned due to the Spite ability, all of the enemy's remaining attacks will be canceled. No further attacks of any kind will occur. As soon as the stun is applied, all of the enemy's attacks for that turn will be terminated. This issue has now been fixed.

Now Wingbreak Ability Bug Fixed ( Ranged + melee )

The function of Wingbreak ability is to reduce the power of Flying monsters. Let me tell you that killing flying monsters is not easy. Here the Wingbreak ability controls Flying monsters. Reduces their strength.

Ranged + Wingbreak monster -

The issue here was that your Ranged + Wingbreak monster, even if positioned in the second slot, wouldn't deal any damage to flying monsters; it simply wouldn't attack them. This meant that the Ranged + Wingbreak ability wasn't working correctly. It seemed that Wingbreak only activated when the monster was in the first position, which was completely against the rules. Ranged attacks are supposed to target the last position, but this wasn't happening. The Splinterlands team worked on this and fixed the issue. Now, the improvement is that the Ranged + Wingbreak monster will work regardless of its position. Whether it's in position 1, 2, or 3, the Ranged + Wingbreak monster can now attack flying monsters.

Please note that this doesn't mean the ranged monster will move to the first position or attack like a melee monster. It simply means the ranged monster will hit the flying enemy from its current position. There should be no further issues with this.

Melee + Wingbreak Monster -

Here, with Melee + Wingbreak, the monster would attack even after all the flying enemies were defeated. It would still charge forward and attack as if there were enemies present. The intended behavior was that the Wingbreak ability should stop working once all the flying enemies were gone, but even after the flying enemies were defeated, it would continue to charge and attack. However, this issue has now been fixed. If there are no flying enemies left, the Wingbreak ability will stop working. The Melee + Wingbreak monster will no longer perform an extra attack. Wingbreak will now only affect flying monsters, and there will be no further attacks after they are defeated. This issue is now resolved.

conclusion

I really enjoyed both Splinterlands updates. If the problem of such bug occurs at the time of queue battle then the player faces problem in playing. According to the rules which they have made for the team, if they are not able to work properly then the player does not enjoy playing the game properly. But by fixing these two updates, Splinterlands has made the game much smoother. I thank the Splinterlands team.

THANK U
