Consequently, this significantly increases your chances of winning the battle. This is how this ability exerts its powerful effect.
	Dispel – When this monster successfully attacks an enemy, it removes any positive magic buffs currently active on that enemy. If the enemy possesses any power boosts—such as extra speed, strength, or shields—all of these are removed following the Dispel attack. This ability can introduce a significant turning point in the battle.

This card performs exceptionally well at Level 4. However, it is not strictly necessary to possess a Level 4 card; even a Level 1 card will perform very effectively.
