I've been working on passive income for some time now. I was thinking of generating some income by renting out cards on PeakMonsters, so today I decided to rent out some cards that I wasn't using in battles. I'm planning to rent out one of my legendary cards today to earn some daily income. This will provide me with passive income, meaning I won't have to do any work; I'll receive my income daily. This is a great option in Splinterlands, and you can earn a good income this way.

What is Card Rental in Splinterlands?

Here, you can rent out your cards. Rent out the cards you're not currently using in battles. If your cards remain in your game inventory, you won't earn any income from them. By renting them out, you can earn daily income in the form of DEC or credits. Your card is not sold; another player simply rents it from you and pays you a rental fee. Once the rental period ends, your card will be returned to you. You retain ownership of the card. That's why I've put this card up for rent. I've set the price at 1.50 DEC per day. If my card is rented, I will receive 1.50 DEC daily.

How Passive Income Works Here

I have rented out one of my legendary cards here. Its name is Venator Kinjo. Legendary cards are in high demand, so if you want to rent out your card quickly, set a lower rent than the market rate so that your card gets rented out faster. Now, how does passive income work here? You will receive rent every day for any card you have rented out. For example, I have set the rent at 1.50 per day. My card is safe here, and I will also receive income. You don't have to play any battles. The DEC will be automatically credited to your account. You just earn income; you don't have to do anything else. Once you put your card up for rent, you will continue to receive income.

How to Rent Cards on PeakMonsters

In Splinterlands, there's a "My Cards" option. Go there and select the card you want to rent out from your collection. Right next to it, you'll see options for "Rent" and "Sell." Click on "Rent" and then select your desired price. After that, whenever another player rents your card, you'll automatically receive the rental income. If you have legendary cards, it's best to keep them, as they fetch higher rental rates and better prices.

Conclusion

I've rented out my legendary Venator Kinjo card. I learned here that your card won't generate income if it's just sitting in your inventory; you only earn when you use it in battles. But if you have a card lying around, you can rent it out and earn passive income. This is a great feature of Splinterlands. If you also have a card like this, rent it out and take advantage of passive income.I learned here that Splinterlands isn't just about battle rewards. You can also earn income through asset management.
