"Any explorers that delve too deeply into the crypts, mausoleums, and necropolises of the world will find a foe they are unprepared for. Not undead, not liches, and not other monsters that can be found in the deep. Instead, tales are told of the crypt beetles. Enormous insects that are found feeding on the corpses within. Most explorers think they are a mere nuisance and will try to scare them away from whatever tomb they are choosing to rob.

But things don't end well for those explorers. These large beetles will defend themselves and their food aggressively. And any explorer that makes it back out alive will have impressive scars to show from the crypt beetle's bite."

ABOUT MY LINE UP AND STRATEGY

THE SUMMONER : DRAKE OF ARNAK (Since the game only cost 16 mana and I used death element monsters, I choose a summoner that will add an armor to its team members.

FIRST LINE POSITION : CURSED WINDEKU (I positioned this card on the first line to be a tank of the team, it has a Thorn ability which does damage back to the attacker with melee attack.)

SECOND LINE POSITION : CRYPT BEETLE (The featured card for this battle, in fact, I rarely use this card but I tried it for this match. I positioned it next to Cursed Windeku to serve as a tank whenever the first line monster get down. It has a hield ability which reduces damage from melee and range attacks.)

THIRD AND LAST LINE POSITION : LIFE SAPER (A monster with magic attack and a life leech ability. The health of monsters with this ability increases each time it damages an enemy monster's health in proportion to the damage dealt.)

BATTLE RESULTS

My team won the battle even if Crypt Beetle didn't make it till the end. Life Saper managed to defend the team because of its life leech ability.
