Subindo ao Prata e usar Rents

Como anteriormente eu contei minhas primeiras experiências com o jogo, eu resolvi então, continuar a apresentar esse tipo de conteúdo pelo menos por enquanto. Sem mais delongas, olá a todos aqui quem fala é o Norseland, eu não tenho basicamente base alguma para falar, então tudo o que vai ser apresentado aqui é uma opinião pessoal e vou discorrer sobre as primeiras cards que recebi no #Splinterlands.

Minhas primeiras semanas

Durante esse período de duas semanas desde que comecei a jogar (sim, demorei para enviar o primeiro post.), recebi de dois giveaways duas cartas e após isso, com a quest diária recebi mais algumas e para ser sincero, a primeira carta que eu recebi do jogo, eu nem lembro mais como eu consegui ela, simplesmente eu vi e tinha ela no dia, talvez não estava prestando atenção quando abri um baú mas tudo bem, agora antes de entrar mais a fundo nisso vou escrever um pouco sobre como foram minhas duas primeiras semanas.
Não vou estender muito, mas enfim, vou colocar aqui um link de uma das minhas batalhas quando estava abaixo no ranking.

Norseland perdendo muito triste 😢

Nessa batalha eu não tive nem chance, é claro foi acirrado no final, mas era obvio a minha falta de entendimento ao jogo, eu acabei por escolher uma composição estranha, um invocador barato pois o limite de mana era baixo, mas não tinha plano nenhum, só coloquei as cartas aleatoriamente.
Foi assim que seguiu essa primeira semana: muito mais derrotas que vitórias.

Rents e subindo ao Prata

Foi então, que após passar as primeiras semanas perdendo bastante, que procurei entender as Rents, que no caso são as cartas que você pega emprestado por alguns dias pagando uma quantidade de DEC. Nesse conceito, eu procurei várias cartas boas e baratas para conseguir me manter no Bronze II, continuando a ganhar DEC por batalhas, foi quando houve a virada de temporada, e o preço das cartas para Rent caiu.

Um dos meus primeiros alugueis foi ele, uma carta incrível, Grum Flameblade, que já me trouxe uma vitória na minha primeira partida usando-o.
É indiscutível como ele ajudou-me no inicio, eu estava usando Grum em quase toda partida, mas isso me deixou numa situação ruim, se eu não conseguia usar Fogo, eu basicamente perdia a partida, foi então que resolvi pegar várias cards aleatórias para me auxiliar, como o Sand Worm e o Creeping Ooze.

Uma das cartas que consegui também para me auxiliar neste inicio, foi o Mylor Crowling um invocador de Terra que é bastante útil, seu efeito é dar a habilidade Thorns para todas as criaturas que você escolheu, eu tive boas batalhas com ele, foi o que me fez começar a vencer mais partidas, quase atingindo o prata, na verdade usando ele eu cheguei bem longe.
Não é como se fosse alguma carta que te levaria para muito longe sozinho, mas é mais efetivo que o Grum por exemplo, nesta batalha que eu usei Mylor, acabei aproveitando de várias unidades gratuitas do elemento de Terra, como o Unicorn Mustang.

Aqui por exemplo não conseguimos ver ele sendo tão efetivo assim, já que o oponente aumentou bastante a armadura de suas cartas, ou seja, fazendo o Thorns do Mylor não ser tão legal assim, mas podemos ver quê ele é um ótimo invocador de Terra, apesar de quê a Obsidian seja uma opção gratuita bastante forte.

Agora eu acho que as cartas mais interessantes que aluguei foram do elemento água. Aluguei bastante deste elemento e acabei gostando muito dele, já devem ter escrito mil e um artigos diferentes de como os magos de água são fortes. Alric Stormbringer, brilha como invocador desse deck, aumentando é claro o dano mágico das minhas cartas, e para complementar isso usamos o Djinn Oshannus.

Nesta batalha usei tanto Alric quanto Oshannus e também a Venari Wavesmith, uma ótima carta de água que aumenta em 2 a armadura das tuas outras cartas, a mesma que usaram comigo na partida que mostrei anteriormente. Podem notar que apesar do oponente ter uma unidade resistente contra dano mágico, ele ainda foi incapaz de segurar o dano da composição, por conta de Alric.

Enfim, eu percebi que havia alguns elementos que não tinha testado ainda, como Morte, Luz e Dragões. Eu não gostei tanto de composições de Luz, até eu conhecer esta carta, a invocadora Lorna Shine, ela é muito boa, custa pouca mana e é dá as suas outras cartas escudo divino, que faz com que o primeiro dano recebido por eles seja 0, ótima para enfrentar ambush e sneak. Além da Lorna é claro, peguei outras cartas de luz que poderiam auxiliar no combate, pois eu não gostei tanto assim da maioria das cartas gratuitas desse elemento. Essas cartas são principalmente o Silvershield Knight que tem a habilidade Rally, e a Silvershield Assassin que combina muito com o buff do Knight, já que ela tem Double Strike. Também aluguei a Djinn Renova, uma boa carta que dá um buff ok a vida máxima das outras cartas e tem dano mágico.

Nessa batalha de exemplo, eu usei Lorna e as outras cartas que citei acima, além de algumas neutras como o Sand Worm que é bastante barato e efetivo, e o Desintegrator, que é um ótimo anti dano físico. Pode-se ver que as regras de Blast auxiliaram bastante a Assassin, e o Divine Shield me ajudou a impedir que essas unidades fossem destruídas pela mesma regra, já que o oponente também possuía algumas cartas para atacar a minha backline. Talvez quem brilhou bastante também foi o Shieldbearer com seu taunt, pois ele resistiu todo o dano que o oponente estava oferecendo.

Agora, o elemento que eu menos gostei foi Morte, eu nãoa chei as mecânicas de remover coisas do oponente muito interessantes, por exemplo, eu nunca usei a invocadora Contessa L'ament, pois ela remove 1 de dano de alcance, mas eu não consigo ainda descobrir quando o oponente vai usar esse tipo de composição ou não, já Thaddius Brood eu usei algumas vezes, para tentar derrotar composições de magos de Terra, mas não consegui extrair muito bem a carta. Não achei também muitas cartas interessantes para alugar, no final acabei pegando poucos, mas um dos que mais gostei foi o Haunted Spirit que é uma boa linha de frente, mas não é tão bom assim pois existem cartas gratuitas como o Wendigo que são bem mais interessantes que ele dependendo das regras.

Bom, nesta batalha aqui usei cartas gratuitas de Morte e ainda um Creeping Ooze, junto com o Haunted Spirit. Como o oponente estava usando dano mágico mas era baixo, Thaddeus não serviu tanto assim, somente sua habilidade de reduzir a vida dos inimigos em 1, o que é muito bom, mas não 100% da efetividade dele.

E por último, vamos as cartas que eu recentemente comecei a usar, os Dragões! Eu gostei bastante de usar os dragões, desde que aluguei a Djinn Chwala, tenho usado eles com frequência, e então descobri que havia um invocador Dragão que aumentava o dano mágico, o Delwyn Dragonscale, misturando ele e cartas como Void Dragon a própria Chwala, pude combinar dragões com o elemento de água ou Terra, e comecei a ter batalhas muito boas e foi com essa estratégia que consegui subir então para o Prata.

Tive ótimas batalhas combinando dragões e os outros elementos, aqui estão alguns exemplos:
Dragão + Água
Dragão + Terra (essa batalha acabei perdendo, mas achei a composição interessante).
Dragão + Morte (não usei o Delwyn, mas foi bom do mesmo jeito, apesar de quê também estou apenas com 1 carta de Morte)

Recompensas relevantes

Vou ser bem breve nas recompensas, eu não ganhei nada de mais por enquanto, algumas cartas que eu gostei, outras nem tanto, mas minha melhor recompensa foi isso:

As previously I talked about my first experiences with the game, I decided to continue to present this type of content at least for now. Without further ado, hello everyone here is Norseland, I basically don't have any basis to speak of, so everything that's going to be presented here is my personal opinion and I'm going to speak about the first cards I rented #Splinterlands.

My First Weeks

During this period since I started playing (yes, it took me a while to send the first post.), I received from two giveaways two letters and after that, with the daily quest I received a few more and to be honest, the first letter I I got it from the game, I don't even remember how I got it anymore, I just saw it and had it on the day, maybe I wasn't paying attention when I opened a chest but it's ok, now before I get into this I'm going to write a little about how it went my first two weeks.
I won't go into too much detail, but anyway, I'll put here a link to one of my battles when I was at the bottom of the rankings.

Norseland losing very sad 😢

In this battle I didn't even have a chance, of course it was fierce at the end, but it was obvious my lack of understanding of the game, I ended up choosing a strange composition, a cheap summoner because the mana limit was low, but I had no plan , I just placed the cards randomly.
That's how it went that first week: many more defeats than victories.

Rents and moving up to Silver

It was then, after spending the first few weeks losing a lot, that I tried to understand the Rents, which in this case are the cards you borrow for a few days by paying an amount of DEC. In this concept, I looked for several good and cheap cards to keep me in Bronze II, continuing to earn DEC for battles, that's when the season came, and the price of cards for Rent went down.

One of my first rentals was he, an amazing card, Grum Flameblade, which already brought me a win in my first game using it.
It's undeniable how he helped me in the beginning, I was using Grum in almost every game, but it left me in a bad situation, if I couldn't use Fire, I basically lost the game, that's when I decided to pick up several random cards for myself. auxiliary, such as Sand Worm and Creeping Ooze.

One of the cards that I also got to help me in this beginning, was Mylor Crowling, a summoner of Earth that is very useful, its effect is to give the Thorns skill to all the creatures you chose, I had good battles with him, that's what made me start winning more games, almost reaching silver, actually using him I got pretty far.
It's not like it's some card that would take you very far alone, but it's more effective than Grum, for example, in this battle I used Mylor, I ended up taking advantage of several free Earth element units, like the Unicorn Mustang.

Here for example we can't see it being that effective, as the opponent has greatly increased the armor of his cards, or i.e. making Mylor's Thorns not that cool, but we can see that he's a great Earth summoner, despite Obsidian being a pretty strong free option.

Now I think the most interesting cards I've rented are from the water element. I rented this element a lot and ended up liking it a lot, they must have written a thousand and one different articles on how strong water mages are. Alric Stormbringer, shines as a summoner of this deck, increasing the magic damage of my cards of course, and to complement this we use Djinn Oshannus.

In this battle I used both Alric and Oshannus and also the Venari Wavesmith, a great water card that increases the armor of the your other cards, the same one they used with me in the game I showed you earlier. You can notice that even though the opponent has a unit resistant against magic damage, he was still unable to hold the damage of the composition, because of Alric.

Anyway, I realized that there were some elements that I hadn't tested yet, like Death, Light and Dragons. I didn't like Light compositions so much, until I met this card, the summoner Lorna Shine, she is very good, costs little mana and is gives your other cards divine shield, which makes the first damage they receive to be 0 , great for fighting ambush and sneak. In addition to Lorna of course, I took other light cards that could help in combat, as I didn't like most of the free cards of this element that much. These cards are mainly the Silvershield Knight which has the Rally skill, and the Silvershield Assassin which goes well with the Knight buff as it has Double Strike. I also rented Djinn Renova, a good card that buffs the maximum health of other cards and has magic damage.

In this example battle, I used Lorna and the other cards I mentioned above, in addition to some neutral ones like the Sand Worm that is quite cheap and effective, and the Disintegrator, which is a great anti physical damage. It can be seen that the Blast rules helped Assassin a lot, and Divine Shield helped me to prevent these units from being destroyed by the same rule, as the opponent also had some cards to attack my backline. Perhaps the Shieldbearer with his taunt also shined a lot, as he resisted all the damage the opponent was offering.

Now, the element I liked the least was Death, I didn't find the mechanics of removing things from the opponent very interesting, for example, I never used the Contessa L'ament summoner, as it removes 1 range damage, but I can't still find out when the opponent will use this type of composition or not, already Thaddius Brood I used it a few times, to try to defeat Earth mages compositions, but I couldn't extract the card very well. I also didn't find many interesting cards to rent, in the end I ended up getting few, but one of the ones I liked the most was Haunted Spirit which is a good front line, but it's not that good because there are free cards like Wendigo that are much more interesting that it depending on the rules.

Well, in this battle here I used free Death cards and a Creeping Ooze, along with the Haunted Spirit. As the opponent was using magic damage but it was low, Thaddeus didn't serve that much, only his ability to reduce enemies health by 1, which is very good, but not 100% of his effectiveness.

And lastly, let's go to the cards I've recently started using, the Dragons! I really liked using the dragons, since I rented the Djinn Chwala, I have used them often, and then I discovered that there was a Dragon summoner that increased magic damage, the Delwyn Dragonscale, mixing it and cards like Void Dragon and Chwala itself, I was able to combine dragons with the element of water or Earth, and I started to have very good battles and it was with this strategy that I managed to climb to Silver.

I had great battles combining dragons and the other elements, here are some examples:
Dragon + Water
Dragon + Earth (I lost this battle, but I found the composition interesting).
Dragon + Death (I didn't use Delwyn, but it was good all the same, although I also only have 1 card of death)

I'll be very brief on the rewards, I haven't won anything major so far, some cards I liked, others not so much, but my best reward was this:
