Credit Problems in Splinterlands?

Have you tried getting credits? but no credit was put in your account

 Just submit to them your problem they will get back to you.

 They may not be the fastest but I assure you they do their job 

 They are human just like you don't  expect an automatic response 

Tip: when getting credits wait for it once you click the button most of the time credits are not processed because you are in a hurry and the process is interrupted so wait a bit
