Vouchers: is a chance for Doctor Blight worth this much?

As we are getting to the end of the pre-sale, the buying pressure for the vouchers is rising again, vouchers are selling for +50% more as they did a week ago, currently selling for around $19.

So, is a chance to get doctor blight airdropped, really worth $19 or is it better to sell your vouchers?

For a low level player like me it's not that important I think, not at level 1 anyway, and I won't be getting more than 1, I wouldn't be THAT lucky, and then still, I don't have any leveled summoners to play a levelled up legendary card.

So, at level 2 he is a bit better, but from level 3 he really takes of.

Talking for myself, I think it's better to save up the vouchers and sell them in the last days, so I hopefully can buy more packs when the main sale starts. I think voucher prices will get at $30 easily in the last days, so I can buy about 7 packs for 1 voucher, that's 35 Chaos Legion cards!
