It's Quite Hard To Restart An Old Splinterlands Account

Just started playing Splinterlands again after a long time being out of it. The game has changed so much I can't recognize it. So after taking some time to familiarize myself with the game again, it was time to climb out of Novice.

The Novice league is painful and you got to battle 10 times before you get out of it. More like 10 wins and not just 10 battles but after you do, it is Bronze III. But at least here, you are able to win some rewards.

I battled and battled my way to promoting to Bronze II and get my first chest in ages. As you can see, it took about 20 battles for that first chest. On the plus side, I don't need to play in the novice league again next season which is happening in two days time.

It has certainly been fun playing again and while I doubt I'll be able to play regularly, I won't leave the account gathering dust for sure.
