What do you think about Proposal #10? (Adjust Rewards Based on Card Level)

In my opinion it is good that it has passed. I like the idea of rewarding players who play appropriate cards for their league. Since the modern mode changed the requiered collection power per league, it became somehow unimportant, so this proposal should fix that. How do you think about it & how has it affected you since it has passed?
