I had the dream to reach the 100k last year in October. It was almost two year of accumulation and the speed was not high enough to build the stake from 60k to 100k SPS.
Do you know what happen?
The market showed a massive drop in price of SPS, so I unstake my Hive-swap in pool to buy large amount of cheap token.

I could have got the price lower on the exchange not supporting Hive, but I preferred to trade with the house where I interact with the game.
It has the advantage to reduce the extra gas fee involve in the transfer of asset from Ethereum to Hive.

I bought gradually 40k Splintershards in the period of two months to be able to celebrate my first 100k stake regardless of assets on Hive blockchain.
It was so special that the achievement was connected to my favorite game token.

If you are still building your SPS stake, I will recommend to wait for the convenient prices to make your action on the market. The rest is all about your personal decision and research conducted on the proposals to build a large or small hold of Splintershards token.

I love to get so many Dark energy Chrystal in my wallet because you can use this token for almost everything on Splinterlands.
It is rare to obtain this token because of the Glint appearance in the game. The main source of income for my DEC is the card's sale market. I use the DEC to pay for my start of season entry fee for the Wild format. There are some occasion where I use DEC to pay for Energy.

When the price of DEC is Hive and I am not wealth enough to close my shopping orders with Credit I fall back to DEC.

It is sad that the players can no longer earn DEC like it used to be two years ago. I decided to sale part of my collection of old cards because I need DEC.

C-/ Cards Markets GLINT or CREDIT

As you can see below, my principal source of Glint is the battle ranking game. I have found the introduction of GLINT in the ecosystem an additional situation that can justify the departure of many players in the game. I was not totally right after a month of utilization of Glint.
Furthermore, I realized that the restriction of Glint give DEC the proper place it has to occupy in this ecosystem. I found that GLINT will only appear in your wallet if you are regular in the battle ranking. No external pressure to manipulate the price or value GLINT.

I put all my Glint in the Rewards Shop center. I start to feel the demand rise for DEC. This pressure is good because I would love to see DEC at pegged value.

The bonus earning of GLINT showed the skills of the player in the ecosystem.
New player won't possess asset like me to sale or rent to gain more DEC in their wallet, but the Credit presence in the game offers an alternative.

Considering the pressure on DEC or DEC-b I will not use DEC for my transactions but CREDIT or GLINT.

I hope to get the maximum of cards in the market sold to build a stronger stake of DEC that will return into the pool staking of swap. Hive and DEC.

It is a long term investment where I am planning to use DEC in the future to participate in special events in the Pretoria ecosystem.
