Arcana Modern Format Boss / Why Getting Shadowcomb Duskrose Brings Melee Tactics to a new level

Splinterlands fighters from all over the land of Pretoria, how are you doing, my friends?

I have been looking for the new warriors available on the market, and I found an interesting melee warrior from the Fire element in arcana conclave selection.

The surprise did not stop at the amazing characteristics on the warriors' cards. I hold some cards of the warrior in my collection. My plan to level up Duskrose changed for the better use of resources on Lorkus Summoner.

It is a somewhat fascinating card when maxed out; it can perform magnificent tricks on the enemy position that will favor the shift of power to the Shadowcomb team.

A-/ Searching for Fire elemental cards

The road that led me to this card was so abstract that I could have left this opportunity to sleep for ages.
My interest in the soon coming airdrop cards in conflict mode, HANV creates the environment to investigate the fire element in the Arcana selection.

I found the fire cards in the market after using a filter to show a specific bloodline.

It was a surprise to see the six points of melee damage that Duskrose can deliver at the maximum level of experience.
The abilities at max level captivated my attention because I got a summoner of the fire elemental maxed out in my collection.

I decided to see the performance of Duskrose in the arena before committing to any purchase.

B-/ Heavy warriors challenge

It is difficult to play with melee warriors in the lineup if you have no ability to activate their attack from a position other than the front row.
The reason I found Duskrose amazing is the ambush and Charge abilities that transform this heavy mana consuming warriors into a dangerous weapon at the back of the lineup.

I was not ready to buy the 400 BCX of Shadowcomb to unlock all the abilities, because the 8 points of mana cost at least two warriors in my regular lineup.

The cards at the high level don't exceed the $250 USD, and it is not possible to find the entire 400 copies available on the market.

I was not discouraged about the lack of cards on the market. I felt that the demand for this card was not at its peak, so sellers were not too active to bring this card to the market.

C-/ Dominance on the battlefield

I could not find many battles where the Duskrose was playing at the max level against opponents of high caliber in the Champion League.

What can I do based on my personal training and experience?

The scenario of combat where melee warriors are only allowed in the arena presents some advantage to a Lorkus team of melee warriors. The potential to strike from any position with Charge, then Ambus, will put my team in first winning round.

The cards to remove to put Duskrose in my lineup were the greatest challenge.

After a rapid overview of the battles in the battle history, I found that Shadowcomb's activities on the battlefield were reduced to a few battles per player from the low league.

Here is the unique battle that I could find where Duskrose shows power to the enemy in the arena.

The Shadowcomb team lost in the battle, where her team had the advantage of fighting with melee warriors. The ruleset did not favor the practice of magic in the arena B, but the opposing team managed to win the game.

I believe this loss was the entire responsibility of the Silverleaf summoner, who could not boost the effort of her melee team. The right option was not to play defense against potential magic strikes.
