Hive Powered up Day: +500 HP Staked & +600 SPS Powered up

How are you doing Hive authors and contents readers?
It is a special day for the community. Hive power up day occurs once a month and all members of the blockchain is invited to support the ecosystem by staking liquid Hive in their portfolio.

This start of July coincide with the season end in Splinterlands my favorite game on Hive blockchain.

I knew that the Hive power up event was happening on the first, so I prepared 500 Hive liquid bought from the exchange to support the rally in this new month.

The distraction came from the season end in Splinterlands where I was managing a multiple layers strategies for the reset in the battle ranking. I did not transfer the token before the first in my wallet due to the distraction.

I did not miss the window specified to power up thanks to my second alarm that went off urging the transactions from Exchange to my wallet then the power up.

A. Is it your first power up day

I have seen many new users who came to the HIve blockchain and found the mechanism interesting so they share content since the first introduction post. If you read this article and doesn't grasp the importance of Hive power up day.

It is simply an orientation to the trending page so you will see how popular staking Hive on the first of every month is for Hivians.

It does not need to be a large volume of Hive liquid that you stake for the event. I will encourage all to stake at least one hive on this special day.
The action to stake all at the same time will create a demand for the token so the increase of value for the assets.

B. No need to sale HIve

I believe that Hive can be used as a great medium to solve multiple issue on the platform the major blockage the new users face once they access the platform. Hive delegation to help newbies to engage on HIve.
Also, liquidity pools and lease projects to support curation actions.

It will be magnificent to see the Hive influence and price action increase to previous high without major correction.

In the same spirit of celebration I decided to stake SPS in addition to my Hive power of the day.
I grabbed 600 SPlintershared from the pool of liquidity and power up all on my main account boosting my stake to 128k

C. Hive Power up day

I took the opportunity to join the past month challenge to stake daily Hive power or share a post with all reward powered up.
If you read my weekly report on saving in Hive you will witness the consistency of my staking.
On the first of July I can share with you the final result of all steps I took to succeed in June challenge.

It is celebration time with the success on the daily power up challenge. It is a cool way to save Hive and support the community.

As you can see I am already in line to compete in the daily power up challenge in July.

I love the concept of "Hive Power Up" day; 1st day of the month. Unfortunately, I wasn't participating; I power up anytime I receive rewards from all activities (posting, engaging, gift, etcetera). I did that because of my resolve to improve my voting power. I think I should restrain from random powering up and join the next schedule on August 1st. Please, advise me if I'm wrong; new here and still learning.

If you have a low amount below 100 Hive to power up after 30 days it will better to put this Hive to work right after you get it on the daily basis.
Waiting 30 days may affect your energy resources and engagement activities.
It is up to you at the end of the process.

Yes my rewards come in trickle; so I will continue to power up as they come. When I get to reasonable level, I will join the "power up day" train
