Splinterlands Escalation Warriors / Battle Review: Doomshield Warden PartI

How are you doing my friends?
It has been a moment since I shared my battle review about a warrior of interest in Splinterlands. The arrival of Escalation cards offer the right environment to build and also train my team to defeat opponents.
One of the greatest circles to practice combination of new cards with the previous set is the Wild Format. You will not believe the valuable information you can extract to level up your game play.
I hope these two battles in this series will open your mind about new style of strategies.

Battles summoners are the best in the game. Zaku and Mimosa were in the arena.

A. Training day with Doomshield
The wild format offers a unique setting in the game to test the combination of serious cards in the game. I will focus in this practice day of my training on Doomshield.
His solid characteristic can cause much damage when properly used in combat.
The following battle shows the performance of Warden as a tanker in two teams.
When the battle started I was convinced that Zaku will strike a heavy blow to the Death elemental and ultimately caused the destruction of the opposition.

I was wrong. Here is the interesting tricks that Mimosa hid in his lineup that changed the outcome of the game.
Deflection on the Archer Delya save the day. Mantaroth was the second tanker in this Death element unit who played his role at the perfection. Delay stopped all blast attacks allowing Mimosa team to survive and create more damage to the opposition.

B. Zaku vs Zaku
The second battle was a confrontation between ZAKU in the arena. Doomshield seems to be a valuable asset in the composition of both team.
I should mention that the mana in this battle was above 95, so practically unlimited access to the strongest cards in one collection.

It was a battle where both teams have enough resources to win the game the players carefully place their favorite fighter in the lineup.
The only difference is visible in the selection where Taunt ability dupe the enemy to strike in the wrong direction.

Warriors received the blast attacks and dealt with the damage differently. In the case of the Winner the blast was strongly boxed at the end of the line.
The opposition had no other choice but to take the damage on the front row which caused the destruction of the offensive action on the board.

C. Collection of Powerful Cards
I am sure these two battles added some value to your previous analysis of the role Doomshield can play in a game at higher rank.
The advanced players in Champion League I found an interesting method to add Warden in their line up of Legendary cards.
