I chose him because he is an icon in the discord of the Japanese guild I belong to.
The name of the guild is Earnest Samurai JPN.

Below is the process.
This time I was very confused at the rough sketch stage.

What I valued this time is the image of Earnest Samurai that fits the name of the guild.
TENYII STRIKER looks like a Chinese swordfighter, but I'll arrange it.

What I want to express on this screen ...

1. The quiet spirit of TENY II STRIKER standing with a sword
2. The power of the sword that extends to the front of the screen
3. The depth of the screen and the wind blowing through the fluttering cloak

Colors the base color of the person and the image color of the entire screen.

I will paint the texture and light and dark.

And it is the pattern of the cloak that I thought would be the biggest challenge in drawing him.

Draw one desired pattern with the shape tool and straight line tool.
Repeat the duplication to make it a large surface.
The surface is also duplicated and the mesh is deformed according to the curve of the cloak.
I had a hard time with unfamiliar work, but don't you think you did it well?

After overcoming the biggest obstacles, it's my pace.
Draw a background and let dead leaves, dust and sand dance to emphasize the expression of the wind.
Then, I added color correction and effects to put together the screen.
I draw an inconspicuous sign as usual, and the Earnest Samurai TENYII STRIKER is completed!

However, I was surprised when I made this post.
This is because art with a very similar composition has already been posted in this art contest.
I started drawing this TENY II STRIKER a week ago, so of course it's not plagiarism. But that may be suspected, so I'll tell you first.
