I’m not into energy healing crystals or anything like that but I sure wish I had more Dark Energy Crystals …
Who would have thought that the best investment of 2018 was a few hundred SteemMonsters cards ??? If I had known then what I know now I would have loaded up on more cards, more Dark Energy Crystals, more Shards and more Plots.
I have no idea where this is going but for passive income from crypto you can’t do much better than 134% APR from holding some Splinterlands property.

Splinterlands is bringing hundreds of new people to Hive every day. It’s the main reason Hive has climbed back above 20 cents. @aggroed is a genius.
Definitely a killer game to play. And recruiting people to come to blockchain is absolutely awesome.

Shards are SPS tokens and crystals are Dark Energy Crystals.(DEC) …. I’m just buying them on Hive-Engine
I buy SPS, DEC and SPT on Hive-Engine and stake them on Splinterlands to earn more SPS…

I bought 50 with the secret credit card and full price ($50/plot), and I can't imagine it not working out well considering the game isn't incorporating land yet. I'm going to retire early off of this game, lol!

The first presale, I want to say it was $10 USD/plot? That sold out immediately...I didn't have a chance. The second presale I want to say $20/plot...no chance on that for me either. So I just bought $100 worth every week for 10 weeks to get to 50 plots. I would have bought more, but there was a huge rush at the end once SPS was announced.
I will be able to buy 20 more plots with the Hive I have. Will need to power down though.

I don't think a whole lot - I have 808k airdrop points that generate about 140 SPS points a day that I stake.
Of that, 50 plots are 500k of airdrop points...so rough math for my algo, about 1.7 sps per plot?

One PLOT gives you 10k airdrop points so I am sure you can earn decent SPS by owning one.
The best one for me is still DEC. I keep on buying it whenever I can and Hold it. SPT, you can always earn by blogging so I am not going to buy it with my own money.
I am thinking to get into DEC Diesel Pools too because they will give you extra SPS.

Hmmmm…. So 1 Plot that costs $500 usd gives you the same # of Airdrop points as 10,000 DEC ? I think I will just buy 10,000 DEC.

Maybe in sometime you will earn $500 in SPS through the Airdrop, then you can buy a PLOT with that.
