Battle of the Day #49

Welcome to my new daily content: the battle of the day!

This is a ranked Diamond match. The game has the following rule sets: Going the Distance, Target Practice, and FiveAlive. I went with Kelya and placed Drybone Raider in front. I went with Venari Marksrat in the second spot followed by Wave Brood. My last 2 monsters were Merdhampir and Swamp Spitter. They opted for Lux Vega with a similar team: Drybone Raider (only level 2), Venari Marksrat, Rune Crafter, Swamp Spitter, and Wave Brood.

Thanks to Rune Crafter, they dealt much more damage to my Wave Brood. However, I still killed theirs before they killed mine, in round 2. They still killed mine quickly and also destroyed my Marksrat. The big difference was my Drybone Raider having the level advantage (and Martyr buff) that allowed it to kill the opposing one. After that, my advantage was huge, which allowed me to win in round 3.
