Battle of the Day #53

This is a ranked Diamond match. The game has the following rule sets: Explosive Weaponry and Healed Out. We both opted for Ilthain as our summoner. I used Venka the Vile in the back as my main strategy. I put Pelacor Conjurer as a tank, Venator Kinjo in the second position to slow my opponent's team and protect against the Blast, Soul Fiend for the extra speed, and Spirit Hoarder for the Blind. It's a risky strategy with the potential to lose to 1 or 2 Sneak monsters. They used Blinding Reflector as a tank, followed by the Weapons Training combination of Pelacor Conjurer, Aves Sturgis, and Chaos Agent. They finished the team with Dax Paragon and Soul Fiend.

They missed most of the attacks on Conjurer, but my Spirit Hoarder died to the Magic Reflect. In round 2, Venka killed 2 monsters in the first attack and another one in the Trample attack. They missed their 2 attacks but it didn't matter as Venka finished the game in round 3.
